I'm guessing this amp is made in the mid seventies. I mainly play rock music and this amp is amazing! It sounds just like an Acoustic head. It has two channels which you can combine whic is a great feature.This amp is rated at 130 watts rms and when I connect it to a 410 cab. and a 115 cab. this thing rumbles.

I am playing a gibson les paul special bass, Gibson thunderbirdand a Godin bg4 and they all sound great through this head. More power would all that this amp would need. After you run the master volume above 6 the amp starts to break up. This thing still moves alot of air cleanly. Not very bright sounding for those slappers out there, but you should'nt looking for bightness because your a bass player, remember.

Can't really say. I have only owned for a few months now. I payed nothing for it and it turns on and sounds good every time. I don't gig with this amp mainly due to it's lack of power

I have been playing for approx. 18 years and I have zero tolerence for gear that is not dependable specially during a gig. I would love to find the matching 212 speaker cab. that goes with this head. I like the way this amp sounds and I think amplifier manufacturers should really take a look at early amplifier designs. If it were stolen, good luck trying to find one of these amps.
