Custom Classic SP-102 I bought from Sigler Music. It's a single kick pedal with a dual chain drive system. Pretty simple pedal. Not a whole lot of features and adjustability so you will either love it or hate it. My biggest problem with this pedal is that the cam is non-adjustable. You are stuck with the 45 degree angle it comes set at. The pedal itself I'd say is in the DW5000 range just not as adjustable.

I have not had any problems with reliability but I have not had the pedal long. Seems like it is built pretty solid though. Doesn't feel cheap or anything like that.

They company def. ships fast. I've never had to deal with them other than when I bought it, so can't really say how good the customer support is, but for $40 if it ever broke you could just order another one and it's no big deal.

Overall I'm pretty surprised with the quality of the pedal. For the price you will not beat it. It's just unfortunate that the adjustability is so limited. The only things you can really adjust are the beater height and the spring tension. I own a DW9000 and obviously this pedal comes no where close to that. I also used to own an Iron Cobra. Obviously the Custom Classic can't compare, but for $40 you can't beat it. I would rank this pedal right under a DW5000 or Iron Cobra Jr which for $40 is still a pretty sweet deal. I've been playing for 10 years and bought it for a music school that I run (www.schoolofrockandworship.com), so I'm def. still happy with the purchase.
I also own their hi hat stand, which is AWESOME and highly recommended.
