Love the motorized faders everything is well put together.

Would like an additional firewire slot to daisy chain a hard drive but most hard drives now in days have an additional slot. I've been using my Project I/O daisy chained through my hard drive with no problems whatsoever.

Preamps on anything in this price range suck. When you get to the end of the gain there is a terrible amount of noise. There is a cool instrument input on the front so you can play and operate in close proximity. It has 5 outputs including spdif so you could potentially mix 5.1.

much cheaper than a 002 with motorized faders the only downside is that you can't get the dv toolkit or the music production tool kit with mpowered pro tools.

Faders a amazing for mixing. 8 mic preamps take you to the point of recording drums. 2 headphone outputs. Protools compatible! The only drawback is the stupid preamps. See if you can get it modded by black lion audio to increase the quality of the mic pres.
