Like it says, it is dark and has quite a jazzy fusion sound. But then it is versatile and I use it mainly for Alt/Indie rock with no problems. I've heard people use it for metal too and it sounds ood for that. The ride is higher pitched than you may think though even though it is dark. The bell is quite small and that also is quite high pitched and not as loud as rock oriented rides. Crashing the ride has quite a trashy sound, I wouldn't really say it is usable in a normal situation, just for accents.

Zildjian is quality, these babies have 1 year guarantee to heavy use but itll probably last forever anyway. It is quite thin but that doesn't matter unless you are planning to crash this a lot, thats when I wouldn't recommend this cymbal to you.
Customer Support
:
No Opinion
1 year against breakage provided the cymbal was used sensibly.
Being a big comany it probably wouldn't be a good idea to deal with them, just send it back through the music store you purchased from.

I havn't been playing for that long but I'm really into makign my kit sound good as it is more inspiring. I problaby tune my kit as much or more than I play it. If it disappeared I may try something else that is more modern rock sounding like a A Sweet Ride but this cymbal does fine. It has just the right voume and blend and it looks cool with the massive K on it. If you want to buy this cymbal then I would say the following things aout it; don't buy if you plan to crash it or if you expected it to be a low pitched cymbal. It is quite high pitched.
