5 peace, thin shells of poplar? Fusion sized toms, with single heads and 6 in depth, 13 in snare, and 8x20 kick drum.

comes with real heads and muffle heads

one cymbal stand and high hat stand; memory locks

only comes in basic black wrap

Sound Quality : 2
sounds terrible out of the box. the toms require studio rings to be passable, and the kick is tinny.

the snare, with a proper head, sounds sweet.

the kick drum can be improved with an aquarian super kick II batter head, a falam patch, and a wooden beater. cutting a 2.43" hole in the resonant head helps too (I calculated this to the size of the drum).
but really you can only do so much with an 8" depth.

I never played the cymbals that came with it, i got the set used. Mine came with a zildjian ZBT-3 set, which was awful.

Reliability/Durability : 8
Solid hardware, easy to transport, nothing to break really...

for practice, small apartments, and gigs in small bars, its a pretty good set.

It's your basic 5 piece drum kit with high hat and 16" crash. I bought it used. It came with a set of nylon "muffle heads" that make virutally no sound for practicing with. The drum heads are half deep shells and are advertised as being easy to pack & travel with. The hardware seems quite sturdy and that's what sold me on the set. I replaced the stock skins with Remo coated Ambassador heads and heard a huge improvement.

Sound Quality : No Opinion
I can't comment too much on the finer points of sound quality. I'm a guitar player, not a drummer. I purchased this set for my aspiring 8 year old son. These drums have been an excellent choice for that purpose. They look good, they sound good and they're obviously not cheap crap. We'll be looking to get my boy a set of good cymbals but that's neither here nor there where this drum review is concerned.

Reliability/Durability : No Opinion
As I said, I'm no drummer, but I know quality when I see it. These drums are well made and can stand up to the abuse my son can put them through. That's saying something too, because he's always been heavy handed with his toys. I mean, here's a kid that could never sit still and broke almost all his toys. When he announced he wanted to play drums, well, let's just say the shoe fits.
