Ease of Use : 8
I have the normal (non-mondo) Nocto and I find it easy to use, but I could see how some people might feel differently.
You have 2 knobs, 2 3-position switches, 1 normal switch, and 2 stomps.

Sound Quality : 10
Using this with a Steinberger(seymour duncan pickups) into a 100W Fender Twin.

It sounds friggin great! There's a pronounced high-end buzzsaw-ness to it, but that tames wonderfully with any pedal after it.

I tweaked the internal gates as the gate on the 'loco' mode wasn't tight enough (it would just howl when turned on).

The octave/jumping/indecision sounds great when combined with the pulse mode. A pseudo tremolo/synth type thing.

Reliability : 10
I own 3 4ms pedals (swash, atoner and nocto) and I've never had any problems I didn't cause on my own.

Customer Support : 10
Dann is a great guy, very responsive (sometimes it takes him a week or so to get back, but he does). His turnaround for repairs/tweaks/mods are good as well.

I want 4ms to come out with another pedal, so I can buy it!
