Ease of Use

Simple to use. It's a fairly old unit I think, I'm pretty sure they don't make them any more, adn they're probably pretty hard to find. It's easy to edit and change stuff around. Basic programming, not upgradable that I know of.

I use this mostly for reverb on vocals, but it works fine in an effects loop of a guitar amp too. It has plenty of effects; chorus, reverb, delay, pitch shifter, etc. Your average assortment of stuff. Most of them are decent sounding, and you get one effect at a time. This output of this unit is very noisy, but the input is much quieter. Right now I have the input knob on Max, and the output at about 20%. This is the only way to reduce noise to a useable level. Some of the effects are pretty digital sounding. It gets me by though, but if I could afford something new I'd get it.

Never failed on me yet. Not a big loss if it does.
Customer Support

No Opinion
Never dealt with them. I wouldn't bother getting it fixed if it broke. There is so much better stuff out there now.

Not too bad for a cheap processor. It has a lot of effects that are easy to use, but it is not a great piece of equipment. Midi control is good, and it has mapping, so it is useable in a real world environment.
