BEWARE -
I really should have read the product spec before I bought this piece of s**t.
Insertion loss - .4dB @ 100kOhm Load - 5.5dB @ 600Ohm Load
Guitar pickups are usually 5.5Kohm > 12kohm
This means when you use this you lose around half of you guitar output (like turning your volume know half way down) no top end.
Also, you guitar can no longer driver pedals or money importantly the input of your favourite vavle amp...!!

beware when buying this box... try it first and ask the salesman to show what it does...
It kills hum... mmmh... may be... to my ears, it buffers your signal, kills its tone and "amplifies any inherent line noise"...
ironic?... whole lotta ironic...
