Ease of Use : 8
It's a pretty simple pedal. Level and gain controls and a 3-pos. tone switch (normal, treble, full). The tone positions are pretty distinct -- it goes from about 90% clean to full on overdrive depending on the tone and drive settings.

Sound Quality : 8
The pedal sounds great, overall. I usually play it in the 'treble' tone with the gain at about 3/4 and the volum pretty low through a peavey classic 30. You can really nail some classic british sounds. The "full' position is a little thick for my taste, but a rocker-type friend of mine likes it. The normal tone doesn't give a very heavy overdrive, but it offers a nice volume boost. My main beef is the pedal gets a little noise with higher gain settings. I play mostly dirty, thrashy rock, so a littel hiss is kind of a good thing for me. I play through a Peavey, anyway, so I'm pretty used to extra noise.

Reliability : 10
Looks pretty solid to me. I've had it for a couple months and haven't had a problem. Jonny answered my emails within a day, so I'm not worried.

Customer Support : 10
I live in New York, and he invited me to his apartment to check out the pedal before I bought it. I tried out this pedal and another he was prototyping. A very nice guy who makes a very nice pedal.

Overall Rating : 9
It's a versatile pedal with a lot of sounds in a small package. It's a bit on the noisy side when you turn it up, but overall I really dig the sound. I'd definitely replace it if it were stolen or lost. It's not the prettiest thing in the world -- the one I took home had a chip in the paint. For the price, the sound is hard to match.
