I don't usually write glowing reviews, but I have to make an exception here. I play a Marshall amp that came standard with the Accutronics reverb tank, and when i bought it, i was getting a feedback loop whenever I would raise the reverb level. This was a problem, so I emailed Cal Shuett at 4:19 am ET (I stay up late). I got bored, so i checked my email around 10:00 am. Low and behold, a response was there, sent at 6:49 am. First, who replys to emails at quarter to seven in the morning??? These guys do. What semi-large company replys to email exactly two and a half hours after they are sent? They do. I've dealt with a lot of ornery customer reps in my day, as well as decent ones, and I have to say this was my best experience dealing with any company, ever. I give them kudos for being honest people with a (large) shred of decency, and an extra thank you to Cal Shuett. Betcha never seen a New Yorker praise anyone before.

Accutronics has all of my reverb business from now on. Thanks guys.
