Controls couldn't be easier. Footswitches are not so obvious...labeled with symbols, one turns effect on/off and the other chooses mono/stereo. All sounds are useable and nice. LED lights indicate mono or stereo modes - another nice feature.

Used in stereo with 2 amps, this unit really shines. You get full use of the stereo and mono modes. In stereo mode, the sound swirls around between the 2 amps - not like a panning device - but the swirling is the result of the left and right phase shifters being out of phase to each other. Very Cool. Sounds are reminiscent of a Univibe. Does a nice Robin Trower. This effect is not an intense effect; it is more subdued but quite adaquate to create a nice stereo effect. In mono, it sounds more like an old phase shifter...again, not intense but musical. Much more a Univibe type of effect than a Leslie Speaker type of effect.

Built like a tank. Never stopped working - ever.

Customer support for Acetone? I have no idea.

This effect could compliment many styles of music. I play blues/rock and it works well for classic Trower/Hendrix stuff.
