Ease of Use : 9
Very easy!
No battery or DC adaptor required which is great as it runs through phantom power!

It's only got 4 inputs -
2 Volume jacks to use the pedal as a volume control which is what i solely use it for.

And 2 inputs for expression so you could connect it to a modulation pedal.

The only down side it i feel the up and down motion is far to big you almost have to lean back to turn the volume off and lean right over forward to turn volume on full.
This pedal would of been better if they based the distance for the motion like a crybaby.

Sound Quality : 10
Great as a volume pedal doesnt have any hum or anything

Reliability : No Opinion
Only had it a while so can't really judge but it looks sturdy as hell

I use this mainly for fluid volume swell like Pearl Jam + Incubus and it works perfectly.
Also it looks great stylish Silver and black which does matter as some pedals look rubbish.
And it is so cheap! over half the price of the Vox and Boss equivilent pedals.

This is a volume/expression pedal. It works very well. The pedal is very responsive and the minimum sound output can be set so you can be mute or allow some sound thru with the pedal all the way back.the manual is very easy to follow.

Sound Quality : 10
the sound is superb. I am using it as a volume pedal i play my bass (a vintage 940 fretless or a yamaha bb414 -both excellent) thru a chorus box and then thru the F2 into an electric blue 180 amp.

Reliability : 8
it seems to be very robust, but I've only just got it.

Customer Support : No Opinion
no opinion here as I haven't had to contact the company.

Overall Rating : 9
I play rock with a heavy jazzy/funky tinge- a mixture of Jamiroquai and the Chili Peppers. I've been playing bass for just under a year. The only thing it could do with is an on/off switch but on the whole it's excellent and very good value for money. I would definitely buy this one again.
