Ease of Use : 9
Simple to use. Controls for delay time, repeats, and wet/dry mix. Be careful with repeats though, or it will go wild.

Sound Quality : 5
Prior to the death of this pedal, I was using it with a Westone Concord III or a Washburn Force3 (both strat knockoffs of early to mid 80's vintage). Effects used in conjunction with this were a DeArmond volume pedal, an EH Big Muff pi, a Boss OC-2, an EH Electric Mistress (not the deluxe), an EH Small Stone, an EH Switchblade (to create effects bypass). Amps were an Ampeg Gemini 22 and an Ampeg VT 22. Lots of fun for a kid in his teens. The overall sound was noisy, but that isn't necessarily the fault of the delay itself. Inferior guitars, notoriously noisy 80's era EH pedals, probably crappy patch cords and such added to the overall noise.

Reliability : 8
Used it for years. Lost the battery cover. It's dead now, but when it last worked it was very reliable. Used it for years with no problem, then packed it away. When I got it back out, it didn't work anymore. No clue what's wrong with it, but if I could revive it I would do it in a heartbeat. Great classic analog delay sound, better than any digital delay pedal in terms of the warm sound and easy control.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Pedal hasn't been made in years. Factory support obviously long gone. Web search hasn't been much help.

Overall Rating : 8
Back when this pedal worked, I was playing a wide variety of music. This particular pedal was great for "Run like Hell (pink floyd)" and also for Brian Setzer style slapback. If anybody knows how to fix this thing and it wouldn't cost "an arm and a leg" please post!
