Ease of Use : 8
Very easy to use. Got it used, so no manual, but only has three knobs, "rate", "sense", and "width".

Sound Quality : 8
I'm a bass player, so this pedal is probably the least used of all my pedals. However, our guitarist tested it out, and was amazed at the quality of it, even compared to his more expensive Boss and Ibanez chorus pedals. Adds no noticeable noise to my setup.

Reliability : 10
Built like a tank. In fact, it is IDENTICAL in construction to a Boss pedal - so much in fact, I wouldn't be at all suprised if these units were subcontracted to be built by Boss and re-badged with the Applause name. I bought this pedal used on eBay and didn't see a pic beforehand, and was expecting a cheap plastic case, I was pleasantly surprised. You could break a windshield with this thing and it'd probably play perfect after. Only problem with mine is that the battery lug didn't clip onto the 9volt well, but I got it used so I can't complain that it's a factory defect or anything. I have an adapter so it isn't really an issue. I will replace the lug myself when I get around to it anyways.

Customer Support : No Opinion
No idea. Don't think they make effects anymore anyways.

Overall Rating : 9
Like I said, I don't use this pedal much, but it does it's job great and I have complete faith in its construction. Don't know if I'd buy it again if it was stolen, I might spend the money on something more useful. If you can pick this up as cheap as I did ($20) it's a steal, right up there with Boss. Use the cash you save on beer or Pop-Tarts or something else essential to the musicians lifestyle.

Incredibly easy; does its job well.

Sound Quality : 8
Absolutely no noise. Now if only I could get my delay pedal to shut up :) Pretty much always sounds good- Made the beginning of Rush's 2112 soliloquy sound like choirs of angels... Overall pretty good quality, although I'm sure there are better pedals out there...

Reliability : 7
Not a very well-respected brand in terms of effects, but general workmanship appears to be about the same as a Boss. Flashing LED kinda makes me a little nervous though...

Customer Support : No Opinion
Probably discontinued...

Overall Rating : 8
Would probably buy it again, but not if I could afford something better. Overall a pretty damn good pedal, though.
