It has 3 programmable effects - Distorion, Chorus and Delay. In which you have different controls. Distortion - Gain, Tone, E.Level, Turbo. Chorus - Depth, Speed, E.Level, Delay - Rane, Delay time, Feeback, E.level. Each effect also has an ouput level.

Sound Quality : 8
Firstly, I used this pedal through a 1970's OHM SS amp which it sounded very nice, it had the classic crunch type sound and when used for a solo I would kick in the delay to thicken up the tone and the delay did hat very well, my guitar was an Epiphone SG G-400 and an Epiphone Les Paul Classic.

Secondly, I then used it with a Vox AC15. The distortion doesn't sound very good with the AC15 it seems to be a really sharp, barky tone, So I will be investing in a nice OD Pedal soon. But the Delay still sounds great. I don't use the chorus that much but yu can look at other reviews.

Reliability : 9
I've gigged with it 2 and it hasn't died. I also take to band rehearsals and is holding up very well

Customer Support : No Opinion
I have't dealt with them.

I play a lot of classic rock and the pedal suits it perfectly because you can get that nice crunch and the delay is excellent. I have been playing about 3 years. I played this beside the marshall Jackhammer and I used the Jackhammer for gain (it was smoother than the Aria) but I used the delay with the Jackhammer to get that nice lea tone.

EXTREEMLY EASY. it has 3 programmable banks, in which you can select any combination of digital delay, chorus, distortion, turbo distorion, or effects loop (!). also, each preset has it's own volume, as well as do each effect. there is also a footswitchable bypass. and best of all NO MENUS!!! this may be th greates multi unit of all time.

Sound Quality : 10
i use this with a variety of guitars through a fender dual showman head and a vintage 2 x 12 cabinet with yamaha speaks. it is actually very quiet. the effects individually are very nice. the distortions are EXCELLENT. the chorus is great. the delay is wonderful. the one thing i would change is to make the delays a little louder, but that is not a big deal.

Reliability : 10
it is rugged. i am about to play at the voodoo festival in new orleans (again) in front of 60,000 or so people without a backup. what does that tell you? in fact, the very first pedal i ever got (in 8th grade) was an aria phaser, and almost 20 years later, i still use that VERY SAME pedal at every show with no repairs ever. i would give all aria pedals a 100 in this catagory if i could.

don't know. i think they are a memory. the name is back in use, but it is just the name i believe.

i play performance art based music which ranges from ethnic to stoner space rock (my bloody valentine, spiritualized, etc). this does it up. if it were gone, my sanity would be also. screw all of the modern multi foot deals with all the blah blah and the red knobs. this is the real deal. if you have one, let me know. seriously. in fact, that goes for all aria pedals.
