well i play prs custom 22 trough a fender vibrolux and deville, and man with my boss reverb this chorus sounds like Heaven! i used to play a boss chorus but its catching dust now, this chorus makes THAT pedal sound cheap! it fattens up power chords great and tackles that beatiful prstine sparckle i love every time. all in all... a great pedal! and dont forget about the price!

I use it with a Strat and also with a Martin that's got pickups added inside. Seems to me a subtler chorus that a lot of rival pedeals, plus it seems to add a degree of compression -- or something very similar sounding that I really like.

The Arion Stereo Chorus Pedal is VERY easy to adjust and pretty self explanitory. You just need to spend time adjusting it until you get the sound that you are looking. I use mine with a Pedal Steel Guitar and can get a variety of sounds. I have had my pedal for several years now and Honestly I don't remember if I got a users guide with it or not. I think that this pedal has been upgraded.

Like I mentioned above, I use mine with a Pedal Steel Guitar(10 string on double neck bodyw/pad, 3 pedals / 5 knee levers. My Stereo Chorus is plugged directly inot my Steel with a double male plug and I have a goodrich Super Sustain effect next in line and those are plugged directly into a Fender Amplifier. My Goodrich Volume Pedal is hooked into the "main amp In" and "pre-amp Out". The steeing I currently use is Rate (9:00), Depth (3:00), and Tone (2:00). The Direct/Stereo Switch is set to Stereo. I the "out2" plug to hook up pedal and Sustainer into Amp. No noise at all! Pure quietness. THe Chorus pedal is not weak and always sound great! Alot of big name Steelers use a chorus effect as well as delay.

I have found that this effect pedal is quite reliable and I would say that I would use it on a gig without a back-up.

I have not had to deal with the manufacturer and don't plan to...The Chorus Pedal is that reliable. The casing is plastic BUT if you take care of it then by all means, it will take care of YOU!

I am a begining "Student" learning Pedal Steel Guitar and will be learning to play Country primarily. Ithe my Chorus Pedal was lost or stolen, I would definately get another one! The things that I love about this pedal is the ease of finding the sound that I am looking for. I feel I definately adds to the sound of whtt I am looking for. If you are after a Chorus type sound, then this is definately a MUST ADD!

squier strat into a crybaby, then arion metal, into the amp (behringer combo) with the arion chorus in the effects loop... gives good chorus for clean tones or distortion... something with a slow rate and medium depth is a good light full sound, with both knobs up high it gives it a weird sound that i dont use much. I dont use the tone control much either, i just keep it centered as I use the tone on my amp and generally dont wantt too much of a change in that when i switch on the effect
real good sound for a cheapo pedal.

i play everything from surf to classic rock to funk to alternative to metal to blues and this pedal is pretty versatile.
my amp has built in multi effects with a chorus setting, this sounds just as good and is easier to stomp on as a single effect.

This is a very simple easy to use pedal. It has one of the richest tones you will find in pedals. I am not aware of software upgrades for this unit. SO I can't make a statement on that. I wanted something different but good. The manual it comes with is informative.

Superb rich sounds if you select that from the tone control of the pedal. You can dial in a flat response or ad some fullness. It does not overdrive things jts fattens them up. The chorus sound very good and is quite useful. It cost much less than the leader of single pedal effects. You could always use it for something.

It's builty like a brick house. Feels like good quality parts are in it. Good smooth feel, quite operation. I would think it could take tough times and abuse. The only bummer is it does not come with the battery installed. Buy the adapter.

This unit is a good match for acoustic layers, and someone who wants a layed back chorus sound. The boos unit is very well known. However I wanted something different. If different works for you this will please you. I use it to fill up a dead space. With not much effect gain, barely enough to be heard but it is still awesome. I have used effects on my guitars for over ten years. If someone borrowed this thing indefinitley I would buy it agin. Or the Boss chorus 3. they both are excellent equipment.
I don't have any dislikes yet. I choose this chorus as opposed to the Boss unit to get a different sound. A more unique chorus. Did I get it? YES.
I wish it had a built in flanger also.

Who needs an Electro Harmonix Polychorus to play Nirvana when you have this. You have everything from acoustic sounding chorus to robot like chorus. I mix this with a Boss super overdrive and the sound is degraded a little. Best used on clean tone. No feedback from it either.

One of the knobs on mine have fallen off but for stomping on, it couldn't be more reliable. I would most definately use it at a gig without a backup, just have to watch your battery is the only thing I'd say. Battery backup is all I'd have for this pedal.

I love playing come as you are and all apologies (nirvana) with this pedal. I also play creep and you (radiohead) and this pedal is even good enough to add in to any song to give it a nice rich texture. I don't have a huge pedal collection, I have - Boss super overdrive, Arion stereo chorus, jim dunlop cry baby and Digitech Whammy wah.
I have a Fender performer 1000 amp and I use the distortion and reverb on it. My favourite feature is just that it sounds like any other chorus pedal, even the polychorus by EH. It is a definite upgrade to my pedal collection and I havent thought twice about swapping it with a Zoom 707 (which is kinda' broke anyway)

Im using a gibson Epiphone Strat look a like with 2 single coilpickups and 1 double humbucker,Morly Wa/vol,DOD TEC4FX and Arion Stereo chorus with A late 70s early 80s Yamaha Thirty 112 amp with reverb and distortion. The pedal has a great slow belly rubbin sound that is good for slow songs.

At The top I did not put the price because this pedal was gave to me .Why You ask. This pedal was given to me by a fulltime working musician that used it for 3 Months. Why Becuse I had fixed the 9v battery harness at least 3 times .Whenever he changed the battery the wires would come off the board (the solder would break)and being the Gentlmanand good friend and his drummer I would fix it .Well it finaly broke for the last time and flew across the stage so I retreived it .Works good with 9v transformer But dont trust the battery

i play a bently(don't laugh!!!) cheap lefty strat copy through stereo through a crate amp and a mako amp (i don't think many people have heard of a mako), both 15 watts. i use this pedal and a boss ds-1 distortion as my primary effects. i don't know what i would do without it. i think it sounds great; it's very quiet, you could even say silent. it gets the chorus sound i want almost perfectly very smoothe sounding

it's pretty sturdy, but i wouldn't be too hard on it. it's not a boss and definately not a danelectro or sovtek. i broke a knob off after i had it only a little while. i would use it without a backup though, just because i don't want to buy a new one and i can't find any used ones it's a cheap pedal but that's kinda one of the cool things about it; it's a pawn-shop prize definately.

i've never seen or heard anyone's opinion on this little gadget i think everyone thinks it's a piece of junk or something and it is pretty cheasy but i love it and if something happened to mine i would have to get another one because i love this shitty little thing. i play kind of grungy, punk type of stuff mostly, but i play some classic rock and some metal type of stuff as well and this works for all of them, it's basically a generic chours pedal but it's great. the sound i use it for mostly is a fast "warbly" sound , as i call it. think nirvana's come as you are or the verse and solo of teen spirit. i play a lot of nirvana' stuff but this is like my favorite effect sound (besides distortion of course!) if you like this sound, you should definately try it out. it's cheap and does the job well, plus it gets great "regular" chorus sounds. i got a danelectro cool cat because i heard it could "warble" but don't listen to that bullshit, it's a good pedal but it doesn't warble!!!!
