Ease of Use : 10
Very easy to use, all Analog chorus, with clean sound and great versatility to the controls. Has a control called "feedback" that is unique for a chorus pedal, which makes the sound more like a flanger or phaser, which makes it more versatile. It can be used in mono or stereo.

Sound Quality : 10
This is a very clean shimmering sounding all analog Chorus, and artec even says on the top of it "Original BBD" which means "Original Bucket Brigade" which is an analog chip that makes it an analog chorus, so they must have had a custom analog BBD chip made for them for this chorus. The sound is clean and more subtle like a tc electronic chorus, rather than thick or vintage like old boss choruses. This is a very low noise pedal. Very nice, unique sounding, because it's clean and clear, yet smooth too without being metallic or harsh. But with the feedback knob you can get it to sound wilder and thicker like a flanger or phaser...it can even self oscillate at higher feedback settings.

Reliability : 10
very solidly built, looks like a boutique pedal. Uses a true bypass switch. Never had a problem with the several artec pedals I have.

Customer Support : No Opinion
never needed to contact them, no problems.

Overall Rating : 10
Overall I'd say this is the best affordable alternative to a tc electronic chorus that you can get, because it is clean and clear and not noisy at all, and widens out your sound without sounding effected too much, and not overly thick like boss or vintage choruses. I've tried tons of chorus pedals, and this one is very suprising because for the price you get a very clean sound that is very similar to the tc electronic chorus sound but for like 1/4 the price of a tc.

Input, output (only 1 output jack, for stereo-mode you must use a Y-connector!), battery housing, 9V DC in. Time, depth, feedback and manual.
Analog-type of effect processing. Comes with true bypass!

Sound Quality : 4
You can get a lot of different chorus sounds with it, which can be very funny to experiment! If you activate the effect, it starts to get noisy and the signal gets a volume boost, too!
The chorus effects are sounding rather cold and thin, not warm enough for me! An analog-type chorus effect should be sounding warm, should'nt it?

I did expect old chorus sounds like Roland Jazz Chorus, Boss CE-2 etc. from this pedal, but it's definetely different!

Reliability : 10
Built solid and will last a long time if used normally.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never used it.

Overall Rating : 4
Maybe some people could like its sounds, but you'd better go with another analog device if you wanna have a classic analog chorus effect!
