No brainer!

Sound Quality : 10
SRV, Santana, Steve Vai, all in the ranges of this unit. Need to put a good compressor infront of it tho.

Reliability : 10
Made to take a beating.

Customer Support : 10
Nice folks. They know their stuff.

Overall Rating : 10
I use a Vox Snake Charmer Tube compressor as well as a Boss cs3 for a different sound, the TS9 ( I'll be buying another for a second loop), a DD3 delay unit and two vintage VOX AC30s. Nothing better in the whole world now. Life is complete. I want for nothing more.

Ease of Use : 10
As easy as the original Tubescreamer

Sound Quality : 10
A very quiet pedal, easy to dial in a variety of great sounds, from mild grind to complete meltdown. Running a 79 Gibson SG through my modded Traynor YBA-1 Bassman (Basically a Marshall Plexi circuit)the pedal sounded just fantastic, smooth distortion and gowl, yet still nicely defined at just about all settings-- not muddy at all. No problem getting that Clapton Bluesbreakers/early Cream era sound with both the SG and a Gibson Les Paul, although the Paul was definitely darker and lacking the same punch on the bass strings. This is a warm sounding pedal that perfectly compliments the EL34 tube type sound-- after a number of so-so pedals with temperamental personalities this one has been a pleasant surprise.

Reliability : No Opinion
Only had it a few hours, but sure I'd use it on a gig, why not!

Customer Support : No Opinion
Good communication and feedback, I wouldn't expect there'd be a problem if I needed a repair/upgrade or whatever.

Overall Rating : No Opinion
If stolen or lost, I'd buy another in an instant.

100% Ease of Use. It only has 3 controls, anyone can do it...
No manual needed.

Sound Quality : 9
These guys have nailed it!! This unit gets anything from pure country tones, to jazz, to southern rock, but to go real heavy stuff unless you use 2 of these pedals, then you can really rock.

Reliability : 10
So far so good!! and I"ve had 4 of them on my boards for quite a while now.

Customer Support : 10
Never dealt with them other than when I bought the items and they were great then.

Overall Rating : 10
The overall perfect pedal for all styles. Great product.

Simple to use. Standard buttons/ knobs.

Sound Quality : 9
Great sound quality. Warmer than anticipated- smoother, too. This aint your daddy's TS9! Using Hamer strat copy and vintage super reverb.

Reliability : 9
Seems to hold up. Construction wasn't weakened.

Customer Support : 10
Awesome to deal with! Great customer service! Happy to do business with them again!

Overall Rating : 10
Lots of blues and funk. This opens up for a variety of different sounds.

Creamier and smoother than my other stock TS9.

Three knobs, one switch, idiot proof.

Sound Quality : 9
I admit I bought it because of the hype! Keeley was too expensive and didn't fancy modding it myself. Was ready to be dissapointed but WASN'T! Through my Strat and V2 it sounds warm, creamy and old school, bluesy enough for Clapton. I play through a JCM2000 DSL and am only using the clean settings now because through my SG this pedal overdrives plenty, more than enough for Foo Fighters and QOTSA stuff. It WONT make you sound like SRV because your NOT SRV! but it's a damn good overdrive pedal.

Reliability : No Opinion
Not sure of reliability but fingers crossed.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Only just got it so no comment.

Overall Rating : 9
I play all sorts of stuff. Been playing for 25 years. I have a Gibson SG, Gibson V2 and an 85 Jap Strat through a Crybaby, phase 90, TS-9 (now), Uni-vibe into a JCM2000 DSL50 or JMP MK2 Masterlead 100. The TS-9 probably completes my rig now.

Ease of Use : 10
super easy to use. three big knobs and one big button to turn it on or off- no way to get confused.

Sound Quality : 9
i've only had it for about a week, played it through just one guitar (81 fender lead II), but i have found it very versatile. range from light overdriven sound to real distortion. no loss of great tone from low to high, never sounds muddy. makes my guitar sound like it was expensive! i cant wait to play with some humbuckers...

Reliability : 9
i cant imagine this thing breaking- theres nothing fragile on it. its like a small battleship. i cant vouch for battery life(hence the 9 rating), as i've only played with it plugged into the wall, but as far as durability, it would survive any gig.

Customer Support : No Opinion
never spoken to ibanez, but i bought it from ashbass on ebay, and she/they(?) are particularly friendly.

Overall Rating : 10
i think i would buy this pedal again, but i really havent tried a lot of other pedals like it, so i might give something else a whirl. but thats not to say that i am not completely satisfied. i love that it is sooo easy to pull good tone out of it- pretty empossible to make it sound bad. it would sound great by itself or as something to ad a little extra to your lead line. good for any style of music that might need great creamy tone. doesnt leave much out does it?

I bought Ashley TS9 MOD on ebay!

This pedal sound amazing! As far as i'm conerned I feel this round and creamy sound. The light grain (which is not the only sound that you can do with) that I use is a perfect union with my Marshall amps!

Pour les francais: Cette pedale est monstrueuse! Le son et super, doux, moelleux, et crunchy a souhait! elle vaux moin cher qu'une reissue classic en passant par ASHBASS! Serieux foncez, je suis deja fan moi!
