The stock setup is "OK ",but, I didn't like changing the battery that often because I'd forget to switch it "off" and run the battery down again and again. Wish it had a "No Signal for 10 min." turn off feature. I bought 9 volt batterys in bulk! I got tried of the transmitter weight on my guitar strap or in my pocket.

Can't tell the difference from this wireless system or a $50.00 guitar cord, no kidding, also very long range.

Reliability : 10

I depend on it, no hickups in the signal, works great every time.

If, the thing got stepped on and broke, I'd buy a new one just like it. I LUV WIRELESS! It's the best.
