Ease of Use : 10
Very easy to use in a PA system and there's 2 units i one single rack space. lo contour and process on each and a bypass button so you can a/b the sound effect /no effect

Sound Quality : 10
I use it in a rack mount PA setup and its used after the EQ before the crossover and power amps. Very quiet and adds no noise. I use a pair of EV sx250s for monitors and i could never get a good sound out of them without cranking them. Most clubs i couldn't crank them without some problems. With a Ashly 2/15 band eq it wasn't enough to ring out the monitors without cutting alot of other freq you wanted to keep. so i thought the BBE might be the ticket to get them sounding better at a lower Volume. Being i had two units i also hooked up one side to the mains tho i though the mains were fine and didn't need any help. BTW i do sound from the stage and everything is mic'd. I sound check the vocals first and get my gain structure correct and then balance the power amps output between the bass bins and the sx300s that sit a top. Tweak the channel eqs and the fx. OK i'm done. Now i take the BBE out of bypass and set everything at 12 oclock then ajust till i think its right. Man O man i a/b the signal and my sound system has come alive Bigtime CLARITY and warmth.
The monitors needed more process than the mains did but to keep this short the BBE did a fantastic job! it truely deserves a 10 here and i am impressed!

Reliability : No Opinion
I haven't had the unit long enough but i don't see any issues coming for a while anyways. BBE has been around for a good while and i don't think their going anywhere anytime soon.

Customer Support : No Opinion

Overall Rating : 10
