Ease of Use : 2
What a pain in the ass! Paid $95.99 Canadian for it. Took a chance and hoped for the best, that was my first mistake. Took forever to figure it out and connect everything porperly....it's a tuner, how complicated can it be right?

Sound Quality : 2
The metronome feature is cool, but the output volume sucks so you have to play at a very low volume.

Reliability : 1
Can't rely on this tuner at all. It takes a long time to recognize a note and then it is too jittery to allow you to tune accurately.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Didn't keep it long enough!

Overall Rating : 1
If it was stolen, I would be pissed that my Ampeg head and other components would be gone with it, but I would get quiet satisfaction that some other sucker would have that crappy tuner! This is theoretical of course, as I returned it and bought a Korg DTR 2000 for $279.99 Canadian......cost three times more but it's ten times the tuner!
