First off I've been playing guitar for twentyeight years and have been playing out since 1990.
Simple to use, dial in the the reverb you like and you're good to go.

My setup is as follows, I play a '92 Washburn SBF-80, an '88 Washburn SBT-21, and a solid Body electric acoustic 12 string that I built. These run through a Boss GE-7 EQ, Boss CE-2 Chorus, Boss Phase shifter into a Star touch A/B box. The A channel runs into the DR-100 and then out to the mixer (Mackie 808s) and serves as the clean channel in the mix. The B channel runs out into the second of my BCB-60 pedal boards and into a Rocktron Banche Talk Box and Y cabled out into a DOD Grunge with a mod and a Boss DS-1. The outputs of these two boxes go into another A/B box so I can switch between the two distortions seamlessly. Into a Digitech Digital Delay and out to a second channel in the Mackie, this serves as the lead channel in the mix. The DR-100 is quiet as a mouse and sounds a hell of allot better then the reverb that's built into the Mackie. I actually leave it on all the time with a tweak here and there depending on the song.

Okay so, the DR-100 has a plastic case. Big deal, all my pedals live in my two BOSS BCB-60 pedal boards so this isn't really an issue for me. I care more about the sound quallity then what the casing is made of. If your the kind of person that treats their gear like you stole it then no matter what it's made of your gonna distroy it. The plastic case is sturdy but I wouldn't throw it out of a third story window.

I have not had the need to contact them, besides at the price I payed for this little beauty I would just buy another one without thinking twice.
