Pretty Self Explainatory

Sound Quality : 9
Pretty Good. I was actually a little surprised at how well it sounds. There is a little tone loss but for $30, it's great.

Reliability : 8
Seems pretty sturdily built even though it's plastic. I'll try keep it forever. And it will be my backup once I pick up a nice trem.

Customer Support : No Opinion

Overall Rating : 9
For the price, this is a great tremolo. I've got a few of Behringer's pedals just to find out if the effect works with the music I play. This one definitely does and will hold me over until I can afford a really nice trem.

I think it sounds quite good for the money. If you compare it to a Boss TR-2, it isn't as good, but it isn't far off. If you have tons of money to spend, get a better unit, but if you want good value for the money, this is a much better deal. The sound is clean and the effect is pleasing. Again, I think it is good value for the money.

I give this a 9 because it is very good value for the money. If it were lost or stolen, or broken by my grandmother, she especially likes blowing out my speakers and breaking my E-strings, I would buy another. I think for the extra five or ten bucks that it would cost, they should put it in a metal case. But if you don't go swinging it around at the end of a cord like a mace to club non-appreciative fans, or use it with another effect at both ends of a cord as a bolo like an Argentinian goucho to catch girls fleeing from your cheesy advances and lame licks, it should last just fine.

Very easy to use. Three knobs: rate, depth and wave. Just experiment with different settings to get a sound you like.

Sound Quality : 7
Well now, this little pedal is pretty good concidering i only paid ???19 for it (incl shipping). Its not noisy, but i have to be honest: i havent tried it on high volume yet. I use it in combination with my fender stratocaster and a marshall valvestate 8080 amp.

The sound of this pedal is pretty good for its price. It can go from insane heavy tremolo to surf-ish 60`s sounds. The only problem is the fact that the pedal isnt truebypass. In other words: it sucks tone. You can hear it very well once you turn it on.

All in all its your average tremolo effect. Nothing more, nothing less. What you pay for is what you get. Its fun to play with. I usually dont use effects, but i wanted to experiment with the tremolo effect. So instead of buying me a boss tremelo (that costs about ???150 new) i bought this. Fun to play with, but cause of the fact that its not true bypass i wouldnt bring it to a gig.

Reliability : 8
Its made of plastic but seems sturdy. If you treat it well it wont break.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never dealt with them.

Overall Rating : 7
Nice, a tremolo. Fun to play around with if you dont want to buy a boss like tremelo that costs about four times the price of this little stompbox. Its cheap and sounds good. A few bad points: not true bypass, its made of plastic and the adaptor input is on a strange place. Overall conclusion: buy this if you want to know what a tremolo sounds like and if you want to experiment with the sound. Dont buy this if youre already familiar with tremolos and you want to use it in your band/gig.

This is pretty simple. 3 knobs control the sound. Very similar to a Boss pedal. If you can figure out how to use a Boss pedal then this is right up your alley. The manual is a joke. Does not give you in recommended settings & is quite generic. But this unit is so simple that a manual isnt necessary. Still, have to knock off a point for lousy manual.

Sound Quality : 8
I had to tinker with my set up to get the sound I wanted. The reason I bought this is to get the faster cutting sounds on distortion like on green day's boulevard of broken dreams & alot of sevendust songs. For some reason when I use the gain channel on my B52 amp, it seems that the distortion overrides the trem effect & the effect becomes secondary to the distortion. But when I switch to clean channel, then activate my hyper fuzz distortion box, the trem works great. Im not sure why I cant get the same sound without using distortion pedal, but it sounds sick through the hyper fuzz so Im content. The effect isnt very noisy, in fact for $20 it is more than worth it sound wise.

Reliability : No Opinion
When I 1st opened this from its plastic case, I felt like it came from a toy store. It is very light & all plastic. It is made from very cheap parts & seems like it would of came from a gumball machine.
I have this pedal velcro'd down to my pedalboard & I see no reason why it would break on me. I dont stomp on my pedals & I dont drop them or mishandle them. So I see no reason for a backup. Seems dependable, but only time will tell.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Hopefully I wont have to find out!

Overall Rating : 9
I play alternative rock/metal. This pedal suits my needs. I have been playing for 15 years & mostly stick with Boss & MXR. I bought this pedal because I was looking for an extra effect that wouldnt break the bank. I dont think I would invest in a whole line of Behringer products. Certain effects such as delay & distortion boxes vary alot in sound when you invest more money. The tremolo effect & for what Im using it for does not vary as much, so this unit at $20 is a great deal!

I've had this geezer for about 8 months now so ive come to know some shizzle bout it :D

use is - easy - peasy. goes from pretty fast to slow enough.

battery door=shite. ah well i use an adapter... The plug is on the side tho!? why? muppet

you'd have to be mad not to be able to operate it...!

Sound Quality : No Opinion
at first i was happy with the quality (my first tremolo) and slowly became aware of a low, bassy quality that it was adding to my sound.
Um technically known as "thumping". it gets worse on full depth, full speed and on square wave mode... this means that the better sound is the saw wave thing on a lower speed. which sounds fine (considering price ??15) you can't hear the thumping when playing live.

Reliability : 1
jesus! no way would i depend on this motherlicker!
as i'm sure you've heard plastic chassis, awful hinge (battery access incorpoated) AND>>
i ook a look inside and the pots, jack and adapter are soledered directly to the main Circuit board. the weakest (and cheapest method of production).
and the effect on/off switch is located at the side of the box. a bit dumb...

im not too bothered about the plactic chassis, what am i expected to do with it? throw it around? more than a light tap on and off would eventually break it i'm sure.

definattely not behringer's strong point for this product

Customer Support : No Opinion
i imagine it would be good....??! better than a large company like line 6 or bloody marshall

Overall Rating : 8
i use it loads! crazy i know. i'm thinkin of upgrading to something else more relaible!

dead handy for creating a different mood during a song I.E post chorus whatever..

pretty damn good for the price!

when i was buying it i was thinking:

look mate i'm not going to use it that much,

why spend loads on it?,

how wrong can you go with something that just turns your vol up and down?? (answr is - a bit - good to be used with a band and or disguised with effects but not if youre mesing around playing on your own or oat. DON'T BRING IT INTO THE SPOTLIGHT!)

My setup:!
yamaha pacifica P90 thingy > DS1/some dodgy overdrive thing > UT100 > Marshall reflector reverb > DD3 delay > valve marshall DSL 401. safe

Definately a good move for me. ??15! no worries.

a good mistake

It is as easy as any other 3-knob pedal. No more, no less

Sound Quality : 2
Well, you can clearly identify this effect as a tremolo but you can tell it from any other (means better) tremolo available. They say Boss pedals were soulless? I would double this statement for this Behringer product. The sound is absolutely not lively, responding, ,versatile, touching or even unique - except for its bad artifical sound, there's nothing like it.

Reliability : 8
This pedal series is build of hard plastic and seems willing to take some damage before dying. Don't know for the inside though.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Not dealed with

Overall Rating : 3
I have tried to get a sound of it which I could stand but quit that enterprise after 2/3 months. I've owned the Behringer graphic equalizer before and still like and use it. Unfortunately not all of these pedals are worth the ~20EUR. I really don't use top of the notch buotique effects and equipment but this product isn't usable for any half way serious musical attempt.
I will get rid of it asap.

Its very easy to get a sound out of the pedal, but the nob for selecting ether square wave forms or more vibrato wave form doesn't really do alot, althogh there is some noticeble difference. The manual hs all you really need in it, what the nobs do, how the effect works and how to power it.

Sound Quality : 8
As i have said it is easy to get a whole range of sounds so i ca replicate the effects on certain songs very well. I have a modified yamaha pacifica guitar going through a line 6 spider head into a 15inch fender speaker. It sounds good, no extra noise (i have other effects that change around, that can create slight hum). The effects can be weak if needs be or they can be very dominant.

Reliability : 7
Although its shell is plastic, unless you actually intend on crushing it by jumping on repeatedly, it can stand up to general ware and tear. The nobs are very slightly wobbilly but are protected by the rest of the case, so again unless you wanted to break them, they're fine. i wouldn't need a backup (mainly because i use a pedal board).

Customer Support : No Opinion
no dealings with behringer.

Overall Rating : 9
I play pretty much anything that takes my fancy, mostly rock and blues but sometimes jazz un stuff!I have been playing for about 4 years and ive already told you what i own! If was stolen i would buy another one because its cheap but you can see why, Plasic is cheper than metal, but it really dosn't matter if your reasonably careful. Obviously i wish it was metal, but then it would be expensive.

This thing is a cinch to use, can go from subtle 'Duane Eddy' to full on jerky 'Johnny Marr'.

Sound Quality : 8
I do find that it cuts the volume very slightly when engaged, though as other revieweres have remarked, that's in the nature of this type of effect.
It's quiet in operation though, believe it or not I use this through a Roland JC120 (yes, I know that's got a trem built into it, but this sounds better, so there).

Reliability : No Opinion
Totally, maybe I'm lighter on my feet that everyone else, but this pedal's just toured the states with me & gets gigged at least once a week, I've only got the one, so yes I do gig it without a backup.

Customer Support : No Opinion
If it stopped working I'd just buy another.

Overall Rating : 9
I play powerpop/country/soul/blues, this works best on the country end of things, picking out melodies on the lower strings of a telecaster through this thing sounds quite sublime.

That battery access is a bugger though, I advise you invest in a power adadptor.

Yep, easy.
Battery compartment?
I don't even know where it is, heh.

Sound Quality : 10
It's a Tremolo. It does exactly what I want it to do and does it very well. Not noisy at all.

Reliability : 10
Yep it still works. If you're worried about reliability, buy 2. It would still be cheaper than 1 Boss.

Customer Support : 10
No need. It's a 20 dollar pedal.

Overall Rating : 10
I rarely use tremolo, but it's nice to have. I've wanted a tremolo pedal for a long time but could never justify spending the money until this pedal came along.I would never buy anything from Behringer that costed more than 30 bucks. I've got 3 of the Boss clone pedals from Behringer and so far and they're all great.
