Ease of Use : 8
Easy to use, two knobs: Volume and Intensity. Similar to the MXR Dyna Comp in looks and sound. Mine is probably from the late 70's or early 80's

Sound Quality : 10
I'm using this with a Vox Ac-30 and Fender 59 Bassman, does exactly what it should do, that is even out and add sustain to your sound. Can be used to boost you solo's as well. All in all an excellent simple little compressor.

Reliability : 10
Solid as a rock, sturdy metal casing with what looks to be a high quality switch. Back up's?????? Who uses back up equipment unless your in U2 or something!! If a pedal breaks down bypass it and soldier on...... Rock and Roll!!!!

Customer Support : No Opinion
I doubt that Coron are still around

Overall Rating : 10
I use this for a variety of different styles and for recording as well and it does a great job. I've been playing for about 20 years and own a lot of equipment, to much to mention. If it were stolen I would use my Boss cs-2 (excellent as well) as I doubt I would be able to find a replacement. I like its simplicity and the small box it comes in. I compare it to a MXR Dyna Comp
