It's not really that hard to work. There are only 5 buttons on it. It has other features on it where you can assign an expression pedal to it, and another feature that lets you speed up or slow down the tap tempo. The only thing that I would say that would bring down the score is that to change banks(1-5, 6-10) you have to hit two at once and it is hard to do if you are doing something else with your other foot.

It is a good thing to have if you have a Crate DX amp. It would be a better choice than the more expensive model if you didn't want all that complicated other stuff and if you are a little short on cash. If I lost it i would get it again, simply because i use it frequently and it works with my DXJ112 amp(a good amp by the way).
