This pedal board is pretty easy to setup.
It has carpet on the inside and outside with metal latches and metal corners (with the carpet on the inside all you have to do to attach your pedals is just use a piece of velcro and it will stick to the board).
This board also has an extra pedal riser so you can turn other pedals on / off without hitting other pedals below.

I bought this pedal board new off of Ebay and it's a good board for the price ($59 + shipping). The board is a complete case (the top can detach from the bottom) for your pedals and the space under the riser is great for a power supply box or for storing extra patch cables.
