Very easy, only 4 knobs, two jacks. Idiots need help.

Sound Quality : 10

A very wide variety of killer tones. Every setting sounds great.

Reliability : 5

Not so good. Two of the knobs came loose and a couple wires inside got screwed up.

Customer Support : 10

I never did call them because the pedal is very old.

Overall Rating : 7

I'd buy it again. If you're wondering why it's so cheap, it's because my friends dad found it and he had no use for it. I love it. Overall is down because it broke a couple times.
