It's really easy to get a good sound out of this pedal. Took me only 5 minutes to dial up that killer low-fi korn distortion. Sounds great for shredding.

I am using this pedal with a Fender Mexican Stratocaster with blue sparkle, through a Fender Bullet amplifier. No, this unit is not noisy. The effects always sound great. That's what my music teacher, Michael Toth said, and i listen to every single thing he says. Yes, i can get the sound of my favorite artists, such as Johnny Lang, Silverchair, Joe Satriani, Korn, Kenny Wayne Shepard, BB King, and Jimi Hendrix. I noticed that this pedal sounds great with new Dean Markely strings, which my music teacher recommends. After playing my guitar through this pedal, i always feel like making strange guitar and wah pedal noises, i don't know why though. I use this pedal when i jam with my buddies Chris, Arthur and Justin. It sounds great when i am shredding. Overall, this pedal is good if you like to copy the distortions of other artists.

Yes i can depend on it when im gigging with my bandmates, Arthur, Chris and Justin, or just jamming with my music teacher, Michael Toth. I don't need a backup.

The styles of music i play are blues, heavy metal, industrial, thrash, alternative, jazz, and i shred. The CW-79 is perfect for these styles of music. It's so versatile. I have been playing for half a year and i own a Fender Mexican Stratocastor with blue sparkle, and a Fender Bullet amplifier. The only reason i bought this pedal was because my music teacher told me to, and i do whatever he tells me to. But it turned out to be a good buy. It helps me expand my sonic musical boundries. When my buds hear me shred through this pedal, they are always amazed. In conclusion, it's a good buy for the price.
