It's quite hard to get a really great sound out of it, but, it is a cool little pedal. Mine is a rare original 1960s version, which I imagine all of them are because I don't think they re-issued it even in the mid 1970s.

Good sound quality, but, it does sound weird when you have it turned up on full. It only sounds good when its set on low or medium settings. I have used it through many many amps and generally sounds the same.

I can obviously depend on this since I have owned it for over 30 years and still works perfectly. It may be because I just started using it. I didn't use it much when I first purchased it and has been stored for years and years.

great pedal. I havn't rated it at all since there is no need to since nobody can get their hands on one unless they have about 800 dallars(USD) and luckily find one.

Simply amazing. I own a few tremolo effects, including a very expensive CAE/Bradshaw super tremolo. The Trem Face is the last word in tremolo pedals, as far as I'm concerned. Sure, it only does one sound but it's great one. Warm, fat, smooth vintage vibe. Quieter than the CAE or any of my amps tremolo. I'd give it an 11 if they let me.

35 years old and still going strong.

None. And I'm surprised that the boutique pedal builders aren't experimenting with this circuit. It's not very complex.

I have a large collection of effects, amps and guitars. This pedal is easily one the the best. It's warmer than the tremolo in my Standel amp and smoother than the vibrato in my Wurlizter A200. Put this on a pedal board with my pedalflanger, king vox wah and j.fuzz and I have the ultimate pedal board.
