Worst pedal I've ever had. A few years ago when money was tight and we were just starting out, me and the other guitarist from my band bought one each. Both pedals broke after less than 6 months. Both of them!!! And another thing: it doesn't have a bypass option to mute sound whilst tuning. Why else would you buy a stage tuner pedal???

Should have called them in hindsight. I'm quite lazy though.

This thing is absolutely useless. If you're on a budget you're better off saving for a few months to buy a decent pedal because this pedal is a waste of money. You will never use it. A tuner pedal without a mute is less use than a telephone without an earpiece.
The Boss and Korg are good choices. Fender also do a reliable tuner at a good price.

Ease of use? Open the back of the pedal, take out the 9v battery, unwrap & plug into adapter, replace back of pedal. Put a lead from your guitar into the input of the pedal, another lead from the output to whatever else is in your chain. Press the "On" footswitch and tune your guitar.
In other words: Simple.
Better still, use a 9v external power supply (from your pedal board), and the display lights up! Really handy when you're onstage and need to tune up.
With it being chromatic, you can tune to any pitch you want to, and it's pretty quick in recognising different pitches when you change to another string.

Sound Quality? I believe it's a true bypass device, and would have absolutely no effect on your tone. I haven't noticed any difference using it.

It seems pretty dependable, but I'd always carry a spare tuner "just in case" anyway.

Never dealt with them, never had to deal with them.

For the price paid, it's a fantastic VFM pedal, which will be used for as long as it carries on working! It works from a standard 9v battery, but works best when plugged in to an external power supply, as the screen lights up, which is a really handy feature when you're on stage!
Well impressed, & well worth the money paid compared to the other pedal based tuners which cost significantly more!

Nice backlit screen, definitely worked well when I got it. Seemed very easy to use until it stopped working; then I suppose it got easier to use but also significantly less useful.

not noisy. it would be nice if it killed the signal when activated, but I was able to work around that.

it failed during a gig after 9 months of use. suddenly I couldn't get the 5th and 6th strings to register anything at all reasonable. This was on mains power (I never use batteries at shows). The pedal has always lived in my funky, purple dano pedal board. I am very gentle with my things. This pedal let me down in a big way. Luckily I had my Boss TU-12 nearby.

haven't heard back from them. Don't expect to for what is, essentially, a disposable product.

I never loved the fact that it didn't let me tune silently, but the backlight was really good and when it worked this little pedal did its job well. I'll be buying a Boss TU-2 to replace this puppy. I'm also now nervous about the rest of my mini dano pedals and am in the market for a good tremolo pedal I can rely on.

It's a tuner. How much easier can you get? I did discover one problem though. I tune down a step and then to Drop C. I tried to tune it with the tuner at first and it wouldn't pick up the notes. It kept switching around. I was just about to return it, when I changed the pickup switch on my guitar to my other pickup and it made a hell of a difference. So now I've discovered that it's a good tuner, but what pickups you're using DOES matter.

Not noisy at all that I can tell. No difference in sound turning it on and off. My setup is a Fender Double Fat modded with a seymour duncan invader and a gibson 57 humbucker -> wireless -> Danelectro Tuner -> BOSS EQ -> Boss NS-2 -> Line 6 Spider 212.

I dunno about this though. It's a piece of plastic. I'm kind of scared to gig with it. But I'd probly gig with it anyway. I got this thing for 20 bucks, so if I break it, it's not that big of a deal.

Pretty good tuner. Thank god I finally got a chromatic tuner. I kept having to use my friends tuner and capo'ing the second fret on my fender. Man, that was a pain in the ass. But it's all better now.
