Ease of Use : 9
its got 2 knobs, mix and high-cut. Its not rocket science.

Sound Quality : 7
Its pretty good, its not great but its okay. Push it to far and it sounds fake and crappy, not enough and theres not alot of difference. I can squeeze out some good, more acoustic sounds with it, i was'nt expecting it to be the greatest reverb pedal in the world but for the price i paid its great. More a 6.5 than a 7.

Reliability : 7
Its made of plastic but it feels pretty strong. you could'nt go jumping on it but why would you do that anyway?. I'd gig with it because unlike alot of reviews on here it is'nt a piece of tat, the plastic cover is about 6mm thick and those knobs are'nt gonna come off if you look after it.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Have'nt dealt with them

Overall Rating : 7
Its not bad, not bad at all. plenty to muck about with and simple enough that you dont need to spend a couple of hours looking at a manual. I like it.

I dont really like this pedal, its not a good reverb. It sounds cool and all, its just not a good reverb. Its easy enough to use though. I bought it used and it was pretty beat up, no rubber backing junk and had some dings.

Sound Quality : 5
Like I said above, not a good reverb. It sounds really fake to me. if you use just a little bit of reverb, it sounds good, but if you want more than that, buy another pedal.

Reliability : 4
Its plastic and has little crappy knobs. nuff said.

Customer Support : No Opinion
got no clue

Overall Rating : 5
Its an ok pedal, It makes some cool sounds, and is only good for a little reverb. If ya want reverb, buy somethin else.

two knobs, mix and hi-cut. very easy to tweak and get a useable sound.

Sound Quality : 9
this is where people do all of their bickering. I don't understand why. Perhaps they do not know how to use this pedal correctly? It's not going to pop out at you. It doesn't have HALL and ROOM and PLATE reverbs that you can switch to just like your rackmount effects or your Boss pedals. This pedal may take some time to get used to, but I really like it. The Mix knob takes you from a small room reverb all the way to a "drain pipe" reverb. The Hi-Cut knob reduces the effect by a certain degree. It doesn't cut the effect out, like many people think, but it softens the effect so the effect isn't so harsh. I can use this reverb for almost anything. Many think it's a pedal for surf and rockabilly. I play alternative/hard rock, and it works great for me. No complaint here, but since it takes some time and patience to get the sound you want, it gets docked a point.

Reliability : 7
It's made out of durable plastic, but be careful. Don't stomp on it or else you'll end up having to buy a new one.

Customer Support : 10
when I first got this pedal, I had no idea how much it would drain battery life. I left the effects cables in one night and when I plugged it in the next day, it made the most bizzare spaceship UFO splatting sound. It was cool, but it was very annoying. Not knowing it was the battery, I emailed customer support, and they responded to me within 24 hours. Great service, they told me what to do, and that it was no problem at all. Silly mistake, but we all have to learn somehow.

Overall Rating : 8
a very underrated pedal in my opinion. It gets mocked and spit at because it takes time to tweak. It's not the best reverb in the world, but for the price that Danelectro manufactures it at, it's well worth it.

its really easy to use plug in and the sopud is there. Yes you have to tweak the knobs but with a little patience....The sound is there*

Sound Quality : 9
I use a strat through a 50's champ.
I found it tended to be very quiet while running on a 9 volt. Ac was pretty quiet as well. I really LOVE the sound quality but obviously this is objective. I will say I have owned almost every reverb pedal
to date including the little lanelie by Songworks. This little guy gets a sweet thick sound. I am done with expensive reverbs for now.
This is a great pedal for the money!

Reliability : 8
Its made of hard plastic, You have to be careful.
Its not bad and yes Ive used it a bunch of times live..
and it made it through each set.

Customer Support : No Opinion
not bad called them once to find a replacement part.
they were helpful.

Overall Rating : 10
Overall, I think this pedal is great.
It gets a nice watery thick reverb sound. I play a mix
of blues and rockabilly and it works good for that. I think it blows
away some of the other pedal that cost 4-5times of much. For a fraction of the cost of a boutique pedal you get that fat cool wall of sound feeling. I love the way it sounds, I am surprised this
little pedal wails the way it does. You can coax some really cool
sounds out of it, ulike other reverb pedal that do one thing only.

I guess it's easy enough to use however I can't tell much difference in the control using the knobs. That echo sound just won't go away. I do like the on/off button though... when it's in the off position.

Sound Quality : 3
This isn't really a reverb pedal. It's difficult to put a finger on what it sounds like exactly, but reverb is not really what comes to mind. If you replace a speaker cone with a disposable pie pan and add a little slap echo, then you have the tone of this pedal.
I can honestly say, Danelectro has a very unique thing here.

Reliability : 3
Plastic. Heck, they're so cheap, you could buy several backups if you felt so inclined.

Customer Support : No Opinion

Overall Rating : 3
Everyone has to determine what is good tone for himself. This pedal does nothing for me. I guessed that I wouldn't like it before I bought it, but it was worth $25 to give it a try. Who knows, there's probably some kid in Nashville that could make this thing sound great.

Ease of Use : 8
Easy to use ... Controls are a bit touchy (but so is the reverb control on my Dual Showman Reverb. I just wanted some fill and don't changes the setting so, yeah, easy to use for me .. set it and forget it.

What pissed me off, however, was having to buy the "Zero-Hum" 9V power supply for $10 more (learned later after buying it). Couldn't daisy chain the Boss supply. This thing only works with that supply or hums like a bad snow tire. Battery-only is fine however. Don't like to deal with the extra transformer, power strip etc....

Sound Quality : 7
For the $20 + shipping I paid on e-bay (Plus the subsequent $10 for Danelectro's damn power-supply/transformer I had to buy to stop the hum), just what I needed. But wasn't expecting much more. Works great with my 1957 Gibson 335 and even better with my 50th aniversary American Texas Strat ...

Reliability : No Opinion
No experience .. the fact that the case is plastic troubles me a bit, not as good as my BOSS pedals, that is for sure.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Don't know! Documention is sparse ... but not much is needed.

Overall Rating : 7
For my use it is perfect just some fill for a non reverb amp. Not looking for anything more so it should be fine. Sound is clean enough without too much backround noise.

Ease of Use : 10
easy. 2 knobs. 1 is depth of reverb and the other is hi-cut which also seems to tame the echo repeats.

Sound Quality : 7
it sounds o.k. by itself. but there are little fast echos that seem to take away from the plain effect of reverb. i was not thrilled with it at first, but when i stuck it after a flanger (flanger set to the chorus type sound thats better to me than a real chorus) i was surprised. its just a beatiful glassy tone. if i could give a review of these 2 combined it would be 10. its not noisy. i'm using a les paul-copy going to dist, flanger, reverb, amp. it does sound decent with distortion (just use the hicut to tame repeats). all i'm saying is try mixing it with another effect.

Reliability : 6
i would depend on it because i've used a few different minis and had no problems other than the abuse i gave them. i would rate it higher if it were in a better case.

Customer Support : 10
these guys are very friendly and helpful

Overall Rating : 7
i like it and i'm not saying it sounds like a spring reverb (actually it does not), but it has its own sound and i like that. may not be useful all the time, but it'll come in handy enough for jamming.

It's easy to use, but I'm deducting one point for the fact that the hi-cut knob needs a bit of playing with. Sure, it's obvious enough what it's supposed to do, but it takes a while before you get it into a good "starting spot" for tailoring your sound.

Oh, and I was surprised there was no manual. Not that it really needs one, but I like reading manuals! I guess it's from owning so many DOD effects where the manuals actually try to make you laugh....and I'm always easily amused....

Sound Quality : 6
I am personally not overly impressed. I'd like to hear what this thing would sound like if it weren't for those weird delay noises. It might be quite a lush chorus then, but what's with those delays?

I'd give it a lower rating than I have, but the thing is, Dano do market their effects as being retro, and that's what this thing sounds like. It reminds me of the vocal reverbs on old ballroom rock songs. I was hoping I could get a modern sound out of this, since it was the only reverb within my price range, but I can't.

Oh, I use a custom telecaster with a guitar50 amp (Fane speaker) and a bunch of other effects. The reverb went completely over the top when I combined it with flanger, and it just didn't go well with the kinds of distortions I was using. It would work a lot better with the flat, boring picking clean-boosted riffs from ancient rock music that I just can't force myself to like.

Reliability : 7
It's reliable enough. I won't give it a 10 though, because that'd be like saying it's just as reliable as a ProCo RAT or a Boss pedal, when it quite clearly isn't.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Meh

Overall Rating : 6
I got it used, I was happy at the time. Like someone else said, it's better than no reverb at all, although I daren't ever turn the mix higher than 12 'o' clock because of those cringe-worthy retro delays.

I'm going to flog it on eBay because I got lucky and found an amp within my price range that has reverb built in. As long as it has no stupid delays in it, I'm sure I'll prefer it to this.

I'd still like to try some other Dano mini-effects. I still trust Dano because I liked the Fab-Tone and the Cool Cat is probably the best chorus I ever heard. How will the mini counterparts sound? Hopefully I'll get to find out some time.

Easy pedal to use.

Sound Quality : 9
I've seen a lot of poeple hear giving this pedal a bad soudn review, i think it has a great soudn to it. Personaly i don't much run it through my guitar, but when i run my bass through it it sounds freaking beautiful, really livens up my bass.

Reliability : 8
Just don't stomp on them and you shoudl be good to go.

i wouldn't know i've never had to deal with them.

i play grungier music, and folkier acousitc stuff and this pedla works wonders for the styles i play (espeically with a bass behind it).

Pretty simple to use really. But if you want a real Reverb sound you should set the gain high! But still doesn't create the natural Reverb effect that's included on amps.

Sound Quality : 4
Not many effects work well with this. Forget the Distortion working with it, but a good spice of Chorus goes well. I suppose it'll go well with a Delay, but has very limited use!

Reliability : 4
It's made out of crappy plastic, and the footswitch would break if an ant sat on it!! I would never gig with this hunk'a'junk!

Customer Support : 2
Never dealt with them properly, even though i would love to for other reasons, your pedals are the crappest!!!!

Overall Rating : 3
This is the worst pedal on my board and it looks so crumby, i would never buy another one, DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE!!!!!!! :(
