This delay has simple three knob operation. This might not have enough specific adjustments, but for the short warm delay, it works. I've used a Digitech echo pedal and this is not as adjustable but easier to work with.

There is a small typically useless manual that comes with. You are better off just playing with it in your setup to see what works for you.

I would not recommend trying to adjust the settings on the fly on a dark stage. You can't really see the knob positions in the dim light. Not a problem for me personally, but I could see where it might be an issue.

Sound Quality : 9
The sound is what you would expect out of a warm delay. Probably not as crisp as the Digitech equivalent, but not by any stretch poor quality.

This is being used with a Peavey Valve King in the effects loop, which softens the sound somewhat, as in not harsh as in can be in the preamp. I use this with a couple Paul Reed Smith guitars.

Reliability : No Opinion
Seems to be solidly built with a solid switch. Not much goes wrong with solid state electronics in general anyways.

I can't rate this as I've not had it very long. It has a 5-year warranty and well under $100 anyways.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Haven't had to deal with them yet.

Overall Rating : 10
I've tried many echo styles, some built into amps I've had, others standalone. This delay does what it is supposed to. It is a warm, short delay. It almost seems more like an echo with the warmth it has. I play mostly classic and hard rock, not so much modern rock. If you're looking for the more sterile straight delay, I'd think this wouldn't be it. This seems somewhere between delay and echo, in my opinion. It works for me.

It has a stereo out with I would be interested in trying out someday.

three knobs, easy as can be, always sounds warm, ive never struggled using it.

Sound Quality : 10
very warm delay, almost analogue. Ive noticed though, that like some MXR pedal, there does seem to be a slight drop in volume when the pedal is engaged. I run this with an EJ strat and a '63 vibrolux, and despite the slightly noticeable drop in volume(maybe 1db), i love this pedals sound to death. BUT BE FOREWARNED, this is NOT a LONG DELAY, this pedal is suited for short slap back delay and faux reverb delays. This being said, it does these things extremely well. No hum, no switch pop. I have never found myself wanting more from this delay.

also, true bypass.

Reliability : 8
ive had the pedal for a few months, and it seems to be pretty sturdy, and i trust it when i gig. i have little or no concern in regards to its reliability, although sometimes i get the feeling the pedal will long outlive its footswitch, which i feel is maybe a little flimsy in relation to the rest of the pedal. frankly, no concerns here.

Customer Support : No Opinion
havent had a problem with the pedal.

Overall Rating : 10
Im a blues guitarist, with pretty heavy influences from Eric Johnson, Bonamassa, etc, most of whom use delay. I on the other hand, dont really use much delay, and have found that this pedal, for my needs, is perfect. Cheap, reliable quality of tone that i IMMEDIATELY used to replace my BOSS DD3. I highly recommend this delay for the musician on a budget, the musician in need of a fantastic SHORT/SLAPBACK delay, or someone looking to try delay for the first time. For slapback delay, i would put this pedal up against most everything.

cheap+well made+great tone=delta lab digital delay

Easy to use. Three knobs, solid switch, what more could you ask for in an inexpensive, solidly built true bypass short delay? I gave an 8, because it's strictly a short delay, but if that's what you're looking for, look no further...

Sound Quality : 10
Sound quality is EXCELLENT. Off the charts good. Not noisy at all, no "pop" form the switch, does exactly what it's supposed to do. I use this with a variety of amps and guitars, it's my "go to" delay for short slap-back stuff. If you want that classic country and rock-a-billy slap, this is a low-cost, extremely well built ticket to exactly what you're looking for. If you want to be David Gilmour or Steve Vai, look elsewhere. If you want to be Scotty Moore, or get that awesome Gatton or Setzer slap-back sound, this has got it in spades. Better than anything up to twice the cost.

Reliability : 8
I've only had it a short while, but it seems great to me. Built like a tank, true bypass, three year warranty. For something I plan to do nothing but stomp on every night, I think it'll do fine. I'll let you know if it doesn't!

Customer Support : No Opinion
No clue. But for this price, if it lasts the three years it's warranteed for, I'll buy another if it breaks.

Overall Rating : 6
Overall, I have mixed feelings. Personally, I think you're an idiot if you buy something without thoroughly researching it. I think if you buy something without doing the research, you deserve whatever you get stuck with, and I'll enjoy laughing at you for being an idiot. But the practical side of me says this should be called, on the package, a "short delay", or a "slapback delay". In modern times (like since 1972) people have come to think of delay as long, echo-ish sounds. This doesn't so that. This is a classic country, jump, and rock-a-billy delay. At that stuff, you'd be hard pressed to find anything better at any price. In 25 years of playing professionally, I've never owned a slap-back that I liked more. I even like it better than my old Echo-plexes, because it's smaller, cheaper, zero maintenance, and truthfully, in a live setting, sounds just as good. but for anything else, it won't get you there. I don't need anything else so this is fine with me. But if you want long, Gilmour or EJ delay, look elsewhere. I rated it a little low here, because I think it should be more aptly named, but then again, I think people should research what they are buying.

3 control knobs, relatively simple and straight forward to operate.

Sound Quality : 8
Sound quality is actually good for short echo delays and a touch of ambience. Doesn't sound all that digital to me. It almost sounds analog. It works well with chorus and flanger effects as well as distorion. Again, don't expect to get long delays. This pedal works best for short echo/ambient effects and actually sounds nice if used for that purpose.

Reliability : 8
Seems very well built. True bypass and no noise when it's on, at least none that I can hear. Nice blue LED light to let you know it's on. I haven't used it on a gig yet, but I see no reason why I couldn't.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never had to deal with the company.

I play Shoegaze/Dreampop/Post-Punk/Indie-Rock, so delay and reverb effects are always a part of my overall sound. After doing some research and trying this pedal out at a local Guitar Center store, I bought it because I wanted an additional delay pedal for short delays and a touch of ambience. That's what this pedal is good for, short delays. If you want long delays then look elsewhere. The person who previously reviewed this pedal should have tried the product first or at the very least done some research to avoid a disappointment. That said, this pedal does it's job. It's inexpensive, well built and really not bad at all for the price.

No good sounds available on this pedal at all, except maybe a reverb sound. If you need a "real" delay (more than 350ms) buy one. This is better suited as a semi-reverb. The delay is so quick it almost useless. It goes from fast to faster, and that's it!

Sound Quality : 1
Sound was OK. Not very noisy. The effect is OK but as stated above, you can't get a decent delay for any music I can think of. The repeats are too fast.

Rivera Fandango and Rivera Clubster.

It won't do the sound of any artists in the past or present that I can think of. Useless.

Reliability : No Opinion
Had it 6 days and returned it, so I don't know.

Horrible. Wrote them 6 times in 6 days without a reply. No phone number on website. BEWARE! They are out for your money, not to provide a good product or any type of customer service.

I play rock, classic rock and blues and this pedal is not suitable for one single song between 1960 and 2009. I've been playing for 40 years. I have a Zendrive 2, Small Fry, NS-2, Mu-Tron Wah/Volume, Cry Baby, TS-808, Super Chorus and just bought a new DD-3.

I would leave it out but only a stupid person would steal something as worthless as this... Am I being too harsh? Buy and decide for yourself.

Nothing to love, everything to hate about it. It would be OK if they would get say 800ms of delay or close to it. But 300ms-350ms???? That's crazy!!!!
