10.
The best spring reverb sound.
Because in mono you have two great sounds.
Like hall or room reverbs.
In stereo you have a big space. Wide, deep and big space.

I bought it 3 months ago.
Never problem.
It is a spring reverb.
I would like to feel better the pots. They seem mid range pots. But never problem. No noise, no problems.

For rock, pop, blues, R??N??R, surf. This is the best reverb that you can buy.
It is cheap, really, because you get a lot of more that you pay.
I am thinking about to buy other, but, I don't need two!!!

Best I've found. Owned Real Tube Reverb, T-Rex Rommate, EH, Fender, etc. This piece is amazing. Beautiful sound. Quiet. Warm. Even. Interesting complex sound. Best reverb on the planet.

The RealVerb unit is very difficult to interface. Ground loops abound. I've never been able to plug this unit in without putting a transformer in the circuit. When I can get it to work it sounds great.

I spoke with the owner who would fix it for free if I brought it in. I've already had the unit in for repair and they found no fault. The next gig I used it on it did not work. He also told me that there were no negative reviews on his product. Well here's one. The company has a very USER ERROR vibe and they are not nice to deal with. In my 20yrs in this business this company is the worst. My unit will likely end up in the trash.

Couldn't be easier to get up and running. The manual is a one page flyer but that's all you need. It's a straight one rack space piece, with input, mix, output buttons for each channel. Each channel has a different decay time, 1.5 and 3.5 and you have buttons to reverse the phase, cut low frequencies that muddy up reverbs and an input/output section where you can link the two channels for one or two inputs and stereo or mono output. Sounds like a mouthfull but it is really easy and and you are rolling out of box in 5 minutes. The one beef I have with this unit is that it has only balanced ins and outs so home studios running at -10 will have their inputs up all the way and control the volume with your returns which have enough power for a semi-pro mixer. Demeter is assuming this unit will only go into pro studios when the entire industry trend is to personal home studios. It will take the unbalanced cords fine but you always feel like maybe there's more if only I had a +4 balanced mixer. I tried both and the sounds are the same so it's more mental than actual. Studio angst.

Amazingly enough it is the best spring reverb I've heard. I have a AKG BX5 after all these years and it clearly beats that old friend with a tighter, more hi- tech sound. This is not your regulars spring boing box. The designer has gone to great lengths to eliminate most of the problems with old spring reverbs. There is no noise, period. It does not boing and rattle excessively when a sharp transient is introduced. At times it sounds like a really good digital patch called Studio Spring Reverb. You are aware of the analog nature of the unit and it has an earthy quality to the tone. You have two separate channels with different decay times or you can link the ins or outs or both to get many variations in spring reverb sound. It is still a spring reverb but the best I've heard. I do think that maybe this box is designed to be that extra reverb sound
for certain occasions in the pro studio. It cannot replace a PCM91 but still remains a very classy effect.

I have never dealt with Demeter before but their reputation is outstanding and I expect no problems.

Haven't had to use it yet. It was a bit difficult to get them to respond after placing an order on the internet. Any reason for this would be pure speculation on my part.

Overall, I was very impressed with the unit. The reviews were correct about the high quality sound. It is still a spring reverb in a digital age but it has a home in my rack for a certain sound that only a spring can make. Demeter has taken this technology to the limit and I admire them for bringing new life to an old friend. There is nothing to compare it to on the market. In some respects, it is a new effect since they stopped using spring reverbs in most studio work a while back. I bought it because I have always loved reverb units and believe they are one of the crucial pieces in any size studio. When other guys were looking for that great amp to power their monitors, I was calling Eventide asking when and if I could get hold of something they called "a harmonizer", no manual yet, no production box, but I knew it would make the difference and it did.
