Eaaaaasy. It's simple, just plug and play. Simple as. Couldn't be any more easy.

Sound Quality : 9
I use it for all my pedals, a Korg DT-10, a Boss MT-2, Boss GE-7, Marshall SV-1. Gives off a little hum on the MT-2....but that's natural on the MT-2 anyway. It powers them to the maximum, the LEDs have never been so bright on my pedals.

Reliability : 10
Easily be able to gig without backup. Hasn't broken or been faulty once.

Customer Support : No Opinion
I've never had to deal with the company because the product is awesome

Overall Rating : No Opinion
I have used Visual Sound 1 Spot before and this owns it ass. I'd definately buy it again. It just solves all power problems that I've had in the past.

Simply plug the daisy chain to one end and the power lead to the other and your away. No switches or anything complicated which is good when you are trying to set up quickly! An LED tells you it's on and everything is working all right. And as far as my experience goes the only pedals it can't power are ones that come with their own dedicated power supplies anyway. Can't give it anything but 10.

Sound Quality : 10
I have not gigged my new board/pedals/this unit yet but have experimented at length in the house and in a "live setup" situation at full band rehearsals and I can't say I've experienced any noise from this power supply. Even right next to my amplifier there was no hum.

Reliability : 10
So far it seems very dependable. I don't see any reason why it should break down. I believe it protects pedals from overloading and I plug it into a surge protector to begin with so when the time comes I'll be happy to gig without a backup. Before I bought it and was researching various power supplies and I happened to see someone using this unit on their board for a gig in a local bar. I spoke to the guitarist after the set and he had nothing but praise for the Powerstation. He worked in a guitar shop also so I considered his opinion informed.

Customer Support : 10
I would give more than 10 here if I could!!! Every email I have sent to Diago has been responded to very quickly and all the information I've been giving has been very helpful. I had all sorts of questions before I bought this unit and I got honest, helpful answers and facts not the usual "standard auto-replies" you get from some companies. Also the website is very helpful - loads of great info and pictures.

Overall Rating : 10
It's got to be 10. This thing does what it says on the tin, I consider it good value for money and it takes up little space of my board. Also comes with velcro for mounting it which is a bonus. And I've ran it for a good few hours in the house and it hardly got hot at all. I have and will continue to recommend this product (and the manufacturer) to others.

You just fit the included daisy-chain adapters to your pedals, plug it in, job done!
Adding the coloured, converter adapters diago offer to power more awkward pedals that don't use the common boss style adapter (such as the line 6 dl4, electro harmonix big muff etc) is just as easy as you just attatch them to the adapter on the daisy chain.

Sound Quality : 10
I use about 11 pedals and play a gretsch jet through an old Marshall Jmp.
I've never experienced any hum from the unit and the pedals all sound like they should =)

Reliability : 10
I've had it for a few months now and gigged with it endlessly. I just leave it velcroed to my pedal board all set up so i just plug in play.. never had a problem.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never had to deal with them.

Overall Rating : 10
If my powerstation was stolen.. I'd immediately replace it.
Its level of ease and practicality beats the other power competitors in my opinion. It can power many more pedals (up to 30 I believe) than the dunlop brick n that crazy voodoo lab power supply and is much cheaper and smaller!
Although this power station is a daisy chain based unit, the chain is solid and there has been no loss in sound quality to my ears.
good stuff =)

Connect your pedals to the daisy chain, plug the unit into the wall and thats it. Easy!

The standard daisy chain has 2.1mm negative centre barrel connectors which fit most boss/mxr/fulltone etc type pedals. Some pedals need different adapters ie dunlop wah, line 6 etc, diago has adapters available for pretty much anything. You can also connect more daisy chains to power more pedals from one power supply, up to around 30 maximum! Plus you can buy ac leads with different plugs for use in different countries with no need for a voltage transformer.

Sound Quality : 10
No noticable noise so far.

Reliability : No Opinion
I havn't had it long enough to say but it seems pretty sturdy.

Havn't dealt with the company yet

Overall a great product, highly recommended. Save money on batteries and never have a pedal die on you during a gig again!

Plug it into the wall socket... plug the daisy chain cable into the adapter... plug in your pedals.. voila! Certain brands of pedals need different adapter cables which simply slot onto your daisy chain, they make adapters for most pedals. I have an older model and the daisy chain is quite short, making it hard to reach around some pedals, but they have since improved the design with a longer cable as standard.
A little green light lets you know its working and the power is on at the wall. Unit is nice and compact, the main block is a little smaller than a ten deck of cigarettes..

Sound Quality : 10
No noticable noise with all my pedals connected!

Reliability : No Opinion
Havn't had it for long so can't say for certain but I got it from ebay and it was in perfect working order, seems built to last...

Customer Support : No Opinion
I havn't had any contact with Diago yet but they seem like the kind of company that would take care of you.

Overall Rating : 10
Overall a very well designed product! My first power supply and probably my last.. I am about to buy their gigman pedalboard to go with it so it should stay protected and last for a long time. Highly recommended!

Ease of Use : 10
Very easy - plug in and go.

For my pedals which require a non-standard power connector (EH Big Muff & ProCo Rat), i bought a couple of adapters. Couldn't be simpler.

Also is much smaller than most power supplies, so takes up less room on the pedalboard.

Sound Quality : 10
This power supply is as described by Diago - no noise and no hum.

Reliability : 10
So far so good.

Customer Support : 10
Haven't needed to deal with the company yet, however clear contact information is displayed on Diago's website.

Overall Rating : 10
Have been after a decent power supply for a while now and was considering buying a voodoo labs power supply (which costs ??150+).

This power supply is exactly what i was looking for (and much cheaper than some of the alternatives). Would definitely recommend.

Very easy to use straight out of the box, there is a diagram on the internet for the various types of connectors to use (such as Line 6, older Electro Harmonix pedals) but you can figure it out easily. And it powers my Line 6 DL4 without another power supply.

Sound Quality : 9
Great sound - much better than the PSU I was using - a lot less noise.

Reliability : No Opinion
No problems yet, I'd suggest you set it up on a pedalboard and gaffer tape it in place to secure it to it can't be disturbed incase the weight of pedals ever strains the wires.

Customer Support : 10
Excellent customer support and very prompt responses to my questions

Overall Rating : 10
I'm recommending it to friends - it may seem a lot to pay (although a lot less than some 'Powerall' Power Supplies) but it costs the same as a half decent pedal - If you are serious about your set up, this needs to be your first port of call for power. Its like buying your tuner pedal - you know you need a good PSU as part of your essential kit

It's very easy to use. Simply connect the daisy chain to the PS01, connect the daisy chain(s) to your pedals, switch, looper etc. Plug the PS01 in your mains socket and that's it !!... No switches or dials. Do you need an adapter for NON-standard BOSS connections simply plug the appropriate adapter (think they got them all) between the daisy chain and the pedal. It will work almost anywhere around the world it accepts 90-246 V AC and 50-60Hz.

Sound Quality : No Opinion
Sound Quality ??... Find it hard to give it a rating in this category because it has no sound and it doesn't affect your sound. It really is quiet and I have had no hum problems. Could give it a 10'er, but find it more appropriate with No Opinion as just described.

I use it to power:
Lehle lopper
KORG DT-7 tuner
Boss CH-1
EHX Holy Grail, needed a blue adapter
Rocktron Short Timer Delay
BYOC - Screamer
T-Rex Comp Nova
And I got a MXR Flanger that I am planning to power, but I need the 18 volt adapter, need to get one.
Waiting to get Carl Martin - Octaswitch (looper) and is planning to power it as well.

Reliability : 10
Seems reliable enough, No switches, dial or anything to break. it has short circuit protected and voltage protection. Would go without a backup.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Had no problems, so no contact.

Overall Rating : 10
It seems to be a really good and reliable PS. Haven't been anywhere near its maximum output (3000mA), but no problems so far. I really find it to be quit and supply the power my pedals need.
I play: Fender Strat - pedal board - Laney tube amp. No more batteries

Just plug it in and away you go. Very small, light and portable.

Sound Quality : 10
I am using this with an array of Boss, Marshall and Electro Harmonix pedals. Everything works perfectly, no glitches, noises or buzzing of any kind. Totally silent! Amazing

Reliability : 10
Totally 100% reliable. Never had any problems whatsoever. No need to have a back up.

Customer Support : 10
Customer support is excellent. All emails answered very quickly. Even managed to speak directly to the manager to place my order when internet service was down.

Overall Rating : 10
I play in a Red Hot Chilis tribute band and so I need loads of different sounds, from funk to metal and therefore need loads of pedals. This power supply is small, light and fits snuggly on the effects board without taking too much room up like other power supplies I've used in the past leaving more room for pedals. Its easily the best piece of kit I've bought recently.

Couldn't be any easier. Would advise purchasing with Deluxe Daisy Chain for more flexibility. No instructions, but you don't need them - the website has all the info you need http://www.diago.co.uk

Sound Quality : 10
No noticable side effects at all, so perfect.

Reliability : 8
Looks like a reliable unit. Its going to be permanantly in the pedal board so should be safe.

Customer Support : 8
Great so far. Fast UK delivery - ordered before 13:00, arrived next day at 12:00.

Overall Rating : 9
Excellent. I have Boss, CryBaby, Ladipo P&J pedals and it powers them all fine. Bought a 10cm adapter for the Wah. I have the GigMan pedal board and another couple of pedals to purchase so I reckon it will fit in 4 x Boss size, 1 Wah, my P&J and footswitch for the amp.

Not the cheapest power unit available, but you only get what you pay for I say.
