Ease of Use : 10
Very easy to use. Plug your pedals in and you're away!

Sound Quality : 10
This is where this product really excels. I found it to be completely silent powering my pedals. One of which is a boutique vintage tremolo I'd given up on long ago. It hummed like a tesla coil no matter how I powered it. Hooked up to the diago, it is now totally quiet and sounds very smooth & sweet!

Reliability : No Opinion
Seems solid enough. The daisy chain cable looks good quality etc. I've only had it a couple of weeks, so I can't comment on long term use/abuse. I do try to take care of my gear though, plus I've just built a board for my pedals and plan housing it on there, which should avoid any idiots from accidentally treading on it and such.

Customer Support : 9
Within 10 minutes of my first enquiry to diago, I had a very helpful and pleasant response off James (the MD?). All subsequent mails were as such, from placing my order to receiving, it's a company that is a pleasure to deal with. It's also good to know that any adaptors for odd pedals etc are available too.

Delivery - my powerstation turned up the day after ordering. I was an adaptor missing from the box (that I'd ordered as an extra). But a quick mail to James and it was with me the next day.

Overall Rating : 10
Well, I've recently just dumped my old multi-effects, and put together a decent simple pedalboard from some effects I owned, and a couple of new ones. I did a lot of research into powering it all, plus any future additions, and I'm very pleased I settled on Diago. Some of the 'bricks' out there are very expensive and don???t seem to power that much anyway, and I just don't trust some of the cheaper ones. This diago will power about 30 pedals I believe, and has also solved a big problem I had with a much loved pedal of mine. If anything was to happen to the Powerstation I wouldn't replace it with anything else.

Ditching multi-effects is the best thing I've done in ages, my setup now has a much more natural toneto it, and doesn't sound like processed junk. I am enjoying playing my guitars more than ever. Big thumbs up!

This unit seems to be totally silent powering all my effects pedals and a wireless system

Reliability : 10
I play in a very busy tribute band so this thing gets a lot of use and it has been 100% reliable

only talked to them when the unit was purchased but the guy who i spoke to (James)?? was very friendly. very ast delievery

Overall Rating : 10
I can honestly find nothing wrong with this product does exactly what you want it to everytime its well put together, small and light. maybe a little more exspensive than others but well worth it and i would buy another one for sure if it were lost or stolen! i think the one guy who has written a bad review for this product should investigate his other kit a bit further before blameing the powerstation! i know several people with these units who do know what there talking about! and none of them have a bad word to say.

No noise, no crackle, no hum. No problems!!

I've only had it a short time so can't really comment on it's reliability but it does seem well made and looks like it will last.

So far I have been very happy with this unit. It's much smaller than my previous power supply and allows more room on my pedal board. The sound quality is extrememly good and I wouldn't hesitate recommending this product to anyone.

Absolutely easy. Handy that they have many kinds of adaptors for different pedal brands. Compatibility chart and diagram in the website are very useful. Incredibly small and flexible.

Sound Quality : 10
No noise, hassle free.

Reliability : 10
No problems so far.

Customer Support : 10
I had a problem with online payment and James reacted quickly and efficiently.

Overall Rating : 10
Top notch. Can't imagine a better power supply for varied, fairly complex pedal boards.

The Diago Powerstation is incredibly easy to setup and use - simply attach the figure-8 style mains cable to the main unit at one end, then your Diago 5-point daisy chain (supplied) at the other and your off!

Sound Quality : 9
I find the sound quality of the Powerstaion to be ideal - the unit generates literally zero noise itself, and once plugged into my the pedals via the daisy chain there is still no noise present either from the unit or the guitar signal.

Reliability : 9
I have found the Diago Powerstation to be completely dependable - it always powers up first time, and seems to deliver adequate voltage to each of my pedals. I would definately be confident taking my Diago pedal board to gigs with the Powerstation installed, without a backup.

Customer Support : 9
I have found the team at Diago to be very efficient and helpful. For example, I placed an order for the Powerstation on the evening of 27th April and it arrived first thing on the 30th. I have since bought a Tourman pedal board and the service was exactly the same standard.

Overall Rating : 9
Overall, I'm sure that I have made the best choice for a power supply for my pedals. Diago gear not only looks the business, but works efficiently as well. I have, and will definatly in future, purchase Diago products. Highly recommended.

Ease of Use : 10
Just plug in and play and never worry about power chain issues again!

Sound Quality : 10
A/B it with all my other powersupplies (Boss, Digitech, Morley, BBE) this one is the only one which adds no noise to my signal chain.

Reliability : 10
Been gigging regularly with one for 3 years now and have had no problems despite some serious abuse, rain, snow, heat, cold, nothing seems to bother this thing

Customer Support : No Opinion
Have had no reason to contact customer service yet

Overall Rating : 10
This is one of the best things you can do to take unneccessary power supply noise out of your signal chain

Couldn't be any simpler. Plug the power cable into the power supply, and take a daisy chain out the other end and into your FX. A major benefit of this unit over some others is that the power cable is detachable. The fact that you can chain many daisy-chain cables together is also fantastic - this little box can supply some serious power.

Sound Quality : 10
This unit is very quiet - noticably quieter than my old PowerBank, and about a quarter of the size too.

Reliability : 10
So far, it's been pretty indestructable. Look after it (ie. don't tread on it) and it will look after you.

Customer Support : 10
Here's where Diago leave everybody else in the shadows. James (who I believe owns and runs the place) is very helpful, and always replies to emails very quickly. I've emailed a few times since I bought the powerstation to enquire about powering certain non-standard pedals (mostly T-Rex ones) and not only has James explained things clearly, he's also gone the extra mile to suggest how I could wire by existing pedals in a better way to reduce noise and ground hums etc...Really first class service, couldn't be improved as far as I'm concerned.

Overall Rating : 10
I can't think of a single reason not to give this unit a 10 in every category. Firstly, it's tiny, so it takes up very little real-estate on your pedalboard. Secondly, it's very powerful and can power pretty much anything you can throw at it. Thirdly, it's exceptionally quiet. Fourthly, Diago makes adapters for seemingly every type of pedal you can imagine. Additionally, the customer service is world class. Finally, it's under half the price of the Dunlop power brick or the T-Rex Fuel Tank. A really excellent product all round - kudos to Diago.

Incredibly easy, as you'd expect. Plug your pedals in and that's it really. Oh, don't forget to turn the mains socket on.

Sound Quality : 10
As it's a power supply, sound quality here is measured in terms of how little noise it makes, whether there is any appreciable effect on bandwidth, etc. In this instance it performs well, as it's dead quiet. It's powering 8 pedals at the moment effortlessly. The only thing, it makes the LED on my DM-2 light up in a slightly dull kind of a way. I've tried different adaptors and the only thing that makes that glow properly is the original BOSS ACA-240 I have, so I may continue using that for just the DM-2. This isn't just the Diago, ANY daisy chained power supply seems to have this effect on the DM-2. I'm not certain of the reasons for this at the moment, as the ACA puts out 9v and the DM-2 was made after BOSS dispensed with the internal resitor/diode pair to step down voltage to 9v from what were the original 12v ACA's. Maybe it just has a fetish for unregulated power, or perhaps it just doesn't like sharing.

Reliability : No Opinion
Here's the thing. This power supply is really just a universal input ITE style switching power supply, produced by a manufacturing partner in China, of the type used to power laptops and such, except it's been spec-ed out to run guitar pedals instead (9v DC output, 2.1m barrel socket, fancy looking "Diago" label). From my experiences with switching power supplies, I think they're pretty reliable on the whole. This feels very well made and bears more certifications on the back than you can shake a stick at. In any case. it's too early for me to offer a meaningful opinion. It gets warm, but don't they all?

Customer Support : 9
Website was a bit screwy and the guy (James) was helpful over the phone. It was sent quickly too.

Overall Rating : 7
The pedals I've used with this with so far are a Peterson strobe tuner, Maxon CP9 Pro+, EMMA ReezaFRATzitz, Small Clone, Small Stone, Big Muff, DM-2 (or not).

Bearing in mind how cheap very similar (but inappropriately specified) power supplies are, it's not particularly great value for money. It does work, however and I'll take this any day over the horrendously expensive and bulky Voodoo Lab product.

Ease of Use : 9
Very easy to use, Velcro the small unit to your pedalboard, plug in the power lead at one end and daisy chain at the other and connect your pedals. That's it. There are detailed instructions on the website (www.diago.co.uk) or you can give them a ring. Two issues with the daisy chain supplied: the lengths between the 5 barrel plugs on each chain are quite short (difficult to get it round a big pedal like a Morley volume) and the plugs could do with being right-angled. Saying that, you can buy right-angled barrel plug adaptors from Diago as an extra; it???s just a shame to have the added expense.

Sound Quality : 10
It seems to do what it is meant to in terms of sound quality - the unit powers multiple pedals without noise. I wasted money initially putting together my own supply with shop-bought daisy chains and an own-brand regulated adaptor. That was crackly, hummed and cost me twenty quid which would have been better spent on the Diago unit. As far as I can tell the Diago is giving me noise free operation. Current set up: Boss TU2 tuner, Morley Volume, Pro-Co Rat, EHX Small Stone, EHX Small Clone, Boss TR2 Tremolo, Marshall Reflector Reverb, Marshall Echohead delay. I play in an acoustic band so run a bass, electro-acoustic and mandola alternately through the same pedalboard. I have repeatedly gigged and practised with the Powerstation and not had any problems. Saying that, all the above pedals were quiet in operation anyway, it was power hum/crackles that were the problem so it???s good they have gone.

Reliability : 10
I have owned the Powerstation for two months now and have gigged it weekly with no problems. The only problem I have had was during initial set-up when it didn't work - that was because I had the last two unused barrel plugs on the daisy chain touching each other. It tells you in the instructions to tape them up to avoid shorts like that, it also tells you on the website AND James Kitchen (proprietor) told me that to my face when I bought the unit at a guitar show. Despite this proving my stupidity, once I got past this issue I still haven???t managed to break the unit -which warrants a high reliability score!

Customer Support : No Opinion
I have had no problems, so I have not needed to use customer support. It is worth mentioning that James Kitchen did take time to talk me through the adaptors I would need for my pedals when I purchased the Powerstation during a very busy Gateshead guitar show.

Overall Rating : 9
I recommend the Diago Powerstation. It may seem like a hefty expense for what is basically a power plug BUT it does the job quietly and without fuss so is worth the expenditure. Before I had it I was constantly fiddling with batteries, adaptors and swapping pedals about to try and deal with hums and crackles. The outlay is worth it just so you can set up and forget about power until you max out the unit 30 pedals later.

Just plug it in add the daisy chain and connect to your pedals then switch it on and your away! It is also very small and so doesn't take up valuable space on my board.

Sound Quality : 9
I pondered long and hard before buying this product. Previously I had been using two meridian ac > dc 9v power supply brick thingys to power my rig but was getting lots and lots of noise. I am happy to report that this power supply is almost silent and I am very very pleased with it.

Reliability : 9
I would happily use this at a gig without any backup what-so-ever.

Customer Support : 9
Very efficient and personal service...am yet to use customer support but can imagine it being very good.

Overall Rating : 9
I am using a variety of pedals on my board (which I also bought from diago - very good) including pedals by boss, digitech, danelectro, nobel, behringer and marshall and this unit is having no problems powering any of them.
