Solid build quality. Simple to arrange your pedals/footswitches and fix them down with the supplied velcro. Keeps your pedals in one place and fully protected from 'life on the road'. I should also say that the optional Diago power supply is excellent. It's small and will power loads of pedals with voltage to spare (it won't however work with Line 6 pedals for some reason).

This is my second Diago board (my pedal collection outgrew the first one) and they've both been excellent. Built like a tank with good quality materials throughout - including catches, handle, corners, etc.

I've contacted James by e-mail just to say how pleased I was with the fast delivery and the quality of his product. Got an instant response and offer of assistance if ever needed (not so far!!!)

I play in a hard rock covers band gigging at pubs, clubs and the odd festival/biker rally and, like a previous poster, I've given up on my rack gear (for the moment) and gone back to a good ol' valve amp and pedals. I like to change my pedals round occasionally and this board lets me have just the set up I want with everything I need just a 'stomp' away. I've been playing for 37 years both pro and semi pro and have a good selection of Boss, Digitech, Ibanez, Dunlop, MXR and Marshall pedals + several amps + numerous guitars, rack gear, amp modellers, etc., etc.

This is a great pedal board and superb value when compared to the competition.

the pedal board is actually fairly light however the quality of the build is excellent solid contruction that looks and seems like it will last forever. all the corners have protective rubber aswell as rubber feet so it doesnt slip! the clips also seem very high quality!

Diago Showman Pedal Board is easy to use. Just open the lid and remove it, there you are, lot of room for pedals and it looks great, too. After the gig, just unplug the cables, put back the lid, you are ready to leave. So easy!

The lid removes easily to reveal a pedal board of the perfect height. Once finished you rplace the lid as easily as it came off latch up the catches and away you go. Anyone could use this board. It is perfectly balanced for carrying with the handle feeling strong and secure.

I am not sure that a pedal board enhances the sound of your effects so no comment here.

This thing appears built to last. I am 90 kg and I have stood on it without a bend in the wood. The wood is half inch thick plywood covered with a very classy cover with re-enforced corners. I have no concerns at all that this will last and take significant punishment in the back of a van. The great thing about the lid means that after you have soundchecked you can cover your pedals to protect everything while you are off doing whatever, come back remove the lid all of 2 seconds and you are ready to go. Superb.

James Kitchen is brilliant to deal with. I emailed a couple of times and recieved replies back that day. I have spoken to him on the phone and he could not have been more helpful. It is rare these days to find a compnay that really does make an effort. Trust me you cannot fault these guys.

I have been playing guitar for 20 years. I play in a christian worship band. Over the last two years I have moved away from multi effects and began using pedals. I play an old Godin Artisan going through Morely pro wah, Route 66, Death rattle, Boss ME5 (with boss trem and EVH phase 90 in effects loop ) and then finally through a line 6 DL4. This board has taken all of the above pedals resulting in a much tidier stage unit. Our band plays at big venues upto 2000 thousand people at times.. Alot of the time you arrive really early sound check amd then have 4 or 5 hours to spare. Setting up is now so easy plus sound check finished I re cover my pedals so don't need to worry about them and head off. Great product and great service. If you want a simple pedal board I don't see any other one worth buying

Very easy. No internal power supplies etc, so you just stick your pedals down with the supplied velcro. This board will hold about 10-14 Boss pedals, or say 8 Boss pedals and two Line 6 DL-4s. Very roomy! I also got an upgrade to a flightcased version as I'm gonna be sending it via airplane from time to time. This cost me an extra #30 but was well worth it.

Sound Quality : No Opinion

Reliability : 10
Very sturdy, especially with the flightcase upgrade. Haven't shipped it yet, but I have no doubt it'll protect my pedals very well.

James Kitchen (the owner of Diago) has to be one of the nicest most genuine guys I've ever dealt with when it comes to stuff like this. He personally answers emails within a day, even replies to text messages etc. Very nice guy with a genuine concern for his customers.

This is Diago's middle size pedal board. I guess it is made from heavy ply wood and it is covered in really smart black, tough amp covering type material. The floor of the board is covered with velcro material and Diago supply a reel of tape to fix pedals to the board. It couldn't be easier to use, you just take the top off.

Sound Quality : No Opinion
This obviously does not effect the sound at all but this is because there are no dodgy power supplies or unnecessary routing boxes to deal with. The height of this board is just enough to get a power strip with Boss PSA adaptors plugged in and close the lid. This means that when you open the lid you just plug the power and guitar in and you're ready to go.

Reliability : No Opinion
It certainly seems tough enough, it has chunky corners, rubber feet and heavy duty clips. As I no longer throw my gear into a van to get to gigs I do not need a flight case type of pedal board and this fits the bill perfectly. It looks really smart on stage and I think it will last a long time.

Customer Support : 10
I ordered it from the company web site and it arrived promptly and nicely packed. They were very helpfull, as I didn't want to pay by PayPal and I sent them a cheque - it seemed that nothing was too much trouble. Very nice people to deal with.

I am an ex-pro and I have been gigging since the year dot. I use a Mesa Boogie MKIIB amp and I have 2 Ibanez guitars RG3120 and JS1000. I also have a Strat Plus fitted with EMG pickups (Steve Lukather set). I have recently stopped using a rack system hence the need for a pedal board. I only use quality equipment and the Diago board fits in nicely with the rest of my gear. If it got stolen I would be severely pissed off because it contains several hundred pounds worth of pedals and looping/routing equipment.
