Ease of Use : 9
Very ergonomic and easy to use. My only complaint would be that the labels on the controls are difficult to see.

Sound Quality : 10
Each and every mode sounds amazing. I really like them all. The modulated mode is very sweet and subtle.

Reliability : 10
This thing is built like a tank. All the Digitech stuff is bullet proof. I've had a Genesis 1 pluged in and running constantly since 2001!

Customer Support : 10
They are the best! I called Bill C in tech support asking for a non-published specification and he had it in my email within three hours!

Overall Rating : 10
You can't go wrong with this pedal. Digitech got it completely right!

Ease of Use : 10
This pedal is absolutely killer for an inexpensive delay/looper and super easy to use, get a great sound out of. Never read the manual. Its that easy

Sound Quality : 10
Mesa Stiletto Stage II and McNaught, Vintage PRS and Fender Lonestar Strats. Not noisy at all and all of the models sound super. I actually love the right side of the pedals selections. Analog, Tape, Modulated, Lo Fi they all sound super. If your into the Edge thing, you;ll dig the left side selections more. The delay is pristine sounding and you'd be hard pressed to get a better delay under $150. This and the MXR Carbon Copy are your real choices IMO...

Reliability : 10
If you register online they extend the warranty from 1 year to 6 years. Does it get any better. They even out BOSS'd the Roland Company on these pedals

Customer Support : 9
Never tried them so don't know. In the past I found digitech very good though

Overall Rating : 10
How can you not give this pedal a 10. Its that good and the price is right.
