Three knobs; level, tone and "dredge." Many different sounds to be found in here...allot deeper than I expected.

Just terrific. I dig this little box because it effects the entire range of my basses signal. I get a massively deep tone and can range from just a slight fattening of my signal to full-bore fuzz. This is by far the finest bass OD I have EVER tried and that says allot. I have tried all those fancy "blend-able" boxes but the full range approach just seems to work allot better for me. I like to turn mine up to that "SVT on-the-verge" level and play my bass very lightly. With this approach I get a HUGE dub tone. Retains the natural tone of my instruments no problem. This is one wicked bass-specific box.

MXR sized, minimum of components, seems sturdy as heck.

I traded this for my old Chunk Systems fuzz which was also a very well built and designed box. The Dredgetone finally gets me that sound I've had in my head for a long while. Loads of character, deep tones and very interactive. It's rich and fat and always brings a smile to face when using it. Mine is applied mostly for corpulent dub tones but it's so flexible I'd take it anywhere.
