I thought it would take me a long time to learn the methods of getting good sounds, but with this pedal it comes right to you. However it's really sensitive, which is a good thing once you get used to it.

I'm using an Aria Pro II guitar with humbuckers > Crybaby > Crate GXR-15. It's pretty quiet, just don't turn up your treble all the way. You can get TONS of different sounds out of it. Stevie Ray Vaughn, Hendrix, and modern groups too, such as: Rob Tognoni, Train, Indigenous, Shannon Curfman, Kenny Wayne Shepard, and others!

This is sturdy as rock. I'm giving it an eight, because it eats up 9-volt batteries pretty fast. So spend a few extra bucks and get the AC adaptor.

I play everything from Metal to Jazz and this pedal does it all!! I'd buy it again in a second if it were stolen. You can really get creative with this thing. I'm giving a 9 because there are others out there that have more features like the Jimi Hendrix wahs have fuzz or octave. But if your looking for a basic versatile wah, here it is.
