its not noisy but the effect is pretty mild. i want to buy a microvibe by voodoolab because its more uni-vibe like. mine didnt come withg the trimmer pots so that could effect the mildness of it

its expensive but if you want a mild-chorus, light-univibe effect than this will work fine. i like the vibrato with distortian because the vibrato is pretty much silent with the static, but the chorus is pretty noisy with distortion because you can hear the *swoosh swoosh swoosh* of the chorus riding the distortion. but its a cool effect definetly

In my music there's definately room for an attention-demanding sound as this! It can be used in subtle ways or in extremes, just as it should be

Kinda hard to find the sweet spot right when you need it....but superb nonetheless.

Not the best sound quality in the world...but that really wasn't what I was looking for. I was looking for a foot controlled "phaser" with fast speeds. I had a Uni-Vibe...but I traded it for this, and I liked it better. The "Uni" just wasn't fast enough in speed. Plus it was just too expensive for a non-working 17 year old. I can get Hendrix, SRV (kinda), and Nirvana. I just wish the Chorus was thicker!! Anyone know a Mod to fix this???

It looks fairly sturdy....but I heard batteries are sucked dry very quickly....so I went out and got an AC adapter the day I got it.

I play anything from Hendrix to Nirvana and it matches it greatly. I've been playing for just four years though, so what would I know? *laughs* But seriously if someone stole it I would buy another one...find the person that took it..beat the hell outta him and sell it cheaply to my best friend who wants one too! I love the fact that you can just control the speed with your foot. But I hate that the chorus isn't that thick, to turn it off will increase the speed until its off, and how hard it is to switch modes. But those are my opinions. I wish it didn't change your tone slightly when you turn it on...but I don't really mind.
