It's a little hard to get the hang of tweaking this pedal live, but it's worth it.

Sound Quality : 10
I can't really admit that I use the "hard" side of the tremelo, but I use the smooth w/ the variable speed all the time. It's really easy to create a leslie slow/fast thing w/ it, AND it's not nausiatingly swirly. The volume side is cool as well, I've used it in combination w/ a delay pedal & have always gotten "swell" compliments. This is a great product that should not have been discontinued.

Reliability : 10
This is the only pedal that I would NEVER get rid of. It's the most reliable thing I've ever owned. It's never given me any hastle for the 7 years I've had it in-line w/ my guitars.

Customer Support : No Opinion

This is a great pedal for roots music & vibey guitar work. I've had it for 7 years or so & have used it in so many settings. I've had it inline w/ a boss tuner, MXR phase 10, MXR distortion +, MXR micro amp, boss delay/reverb, & Real Tube pedal. If it were stolen, I'd search as hard as I could until I could find a replacement. It's much sturdier than any of the Danelectro products. The variable speed of the tremelo via foot control is so unique & handy. This is probably my favorite piece of geer besides my guitars

I honestly don't understand how people have trouble with this pedal. Everything you need to know is on the bottom. I didn't look, but I had it down after a couple of minutes. Mastering the trem speed is tricky, and the volume isn't continuous, but it's OK. Besides, the knobs on mine move easily, so I can control all aspects of the pedal without ever leaning over.

Sound Quality : 7
I love the soft tremolo. It's got a great sound. The volume, while acceptable, isn't continuous by any stretch, and the hard tremolo produces this annoying beat noise that can really be heard when one's playing alone.

Reliability : 7
I can't depend on this pedal yet- I can't get the adapter's barrel plug to stay in. It's quite annoying. Works nicely on the battery, though.

Wouldn't know.

I'm not sure I'm going to keep it, but the price was quite nice, and the pedal isn't bad by any stretch. I'm not sure I'd put it in my FX loop, and it won't replace my Dano Tuna Melt (great trem, esp. for the price). I like the pedal, and as I won't be using the hard setting much, I find it worthwhile overall.

This thing is a great idea. It is a tremolo / volume pedal which can be switched with your foot. The rocker conrols the speed of the tremolo. The kick switches on the side take some getting used to. There is one on each side. One switches between volume and tremolo, and the other intensifies the "stutter" of the tremolo. You can swithch the effect on and off like a standard wah pedal as well(there are two different color lcds). There are knobs on the side to adjust the minimum and maximum volume of the sweep, and a knob to control the intensity of the tremolo. I don't understand why they stopped making this. Maybe another brand (hello fulltone!) should make another tremolo like this. I hunted hard to find this thing, as it has been discontinued for a while. I finally fond a brand new one at L+M music in Chatanooga, TN. I order it, I got it, I love it, and a month later I receive their catalog, with it listed in there. So, if you want one, than this is your best bet. I would be suprised if you found one anywhere else.

The volume pedal is very smooth. There seems to be plenty of "sweep room". The tremolo also sound good. It would have been 100 times better if you could set the minimum / maximum speed of the tremolo. You can control it with the pedal, but there seems to be too much play in the slower speeds. On the line 6 modulation pedal(which is not that bad a pedal, but could be made alot better) you can control this. However, this pedal still sounds great with no noise whatsoever.

Reliability : 9
This thing seems to be built VERY solid. The input jacks are sturdy! I tend to stomp on my pedals hard at times and have broken some switches(line 6 footswitches blow!), but this one likes when I beat on it-just like your mom.

Well when I was looking for one I called up Dunlop to see if they could help me out. No such luck. They wouldn't check there warehouse to see if they happened to have one collecting dust. They just said, "Sorry sir, but this product is discontinued." They wouldnt even check to see if they could locate a store that may have one. Now, I work in custumer service, and when one of my custumers call up and ask for something thats discontinued, I always do a warehouse search. Custumer service is supposed to go out of their way to please the custumer. Dunlop didn't. Here is a life lesson I have learned that I will share with you. The bigger the company, the greedier, and the less they care about you. They will make that sale to the next guy anyway. So fuck big companies and corporations!

Like I said, this is a great product. It is a spectacular idea. Anyone who loves tremolo will love this thing. I have heard better quality tremolos(fulltone, again), but this one is still up there. Being able to sync the tremolo to the speed of the song in a live sitution is difficult, but this pedal makes it easier. Keep in mind that to switch between volume and tremolo, you need to use the kick switches on the side. This means that you cannot have another pedal right next to it. You need to have the room to put your foot next to it on the ground and kick inwards toward the pedal. So, if you have a cluttered pedalboard, to may have to clean it up a little. Oh, heres another good idea, if any manufacturers are listening. A tremolo with a TAP TEMPO. Damn, I'm good.

hum well it has a bunch o side knobs and stuff and little buttons on the side but after an hour of fooling around you should have it all figured out. the thing looks like a volume (because it is a volume).

Sound Quality : 7
it has a variable speed that you can adjust with the rocker. the tremelo sounds good but the volume is not as continous as i would like.

Reliability : 10
very dependable.

Customer Support : No Opinion
