this effect is very easy to use,just look at it and twiddle the knobs,no patches to set,extremely user friendly,just plug in the guitar and play.No manual came with my unit but you just dont require one.instant playability.

i use this drs78 with fender strats straight into to the unit and then into either a vox AC15,or a 1964 VOX AC30.I would say there is minimal noise at normal delays,but on reverb you can hear a little noise but i would not complain about it,there are three delay settings that you can preset by adjustment of the panel controls,this then can be altered by a footswitch.The sound from this is really clear and is adjustable by the bass and treble controls on the front panel,fantastic warm sounds for those 60 s shadow sounds, from slapback to lush rolling multiple echos.delay times to 380ms.The reverb is also excellent with varible decay times.

i have had this now for some time and it has never let me down,i now only use it in the home studio but would not hesitate to use it if i went gigging,its thorougly reliable,built like a tank and always there for me.

Do not know,never had to contact them or had to try and get it repaired.Of course, as the model number states it was made in 1978,so its old now.Becuse i have never needed help from dynacord its difficult to rate,so i am giving it a 9.just because of there known responses and reputation for quality and reliability.

I mainly play 60s rock,and this unit certainly fullfills its requirements,i also use klemt echolettes and dynacords echocords which are really fantastic machines,of course these are also analogue but are quite noisey. i like the dsr78 because of it warm tonal qualities.If it was stolen i certainly would try and find another one.Ihave just purchased the dynacord VRS23 delay/reverb so will write a report on this soon.

Very easy to use, real time control over all parameters via knobs. 3 separate delay lines which are sequentially foot switchable.
Separate reverb with control over all functions.

Absolutely superb echo and reverb, analogue and very musical despite the digital name(actually bucket brigade technology), every bit as good as a tape model without the mechanical hassles.The unit enhances the guitar sound totally and is integral to the overall sound rather than the dry sound plus echo etc. You have to play it to fully appreciate the difference between this type of unit and a modern digital device of which there are numerous. This is far superior in the final analysis even though spec wise it is inferior !

It was made in 1978 and stills works perfectly so that says it all.

Worth searching for one, can be used in any situation, guitar or studio recording, inputs and outputs for every circumstance.Top class unit.
