Ease of Use : No Opinion
9 The 3 way standard pick-up switch, with only one volume. Neck-thru Mahagany Body, Maple top with Active EMG pic ups and I have the modle with the double lock licenced Floyd

Sound Quality : No Opinion
9.5 The best sound for heavy rock or metal. Dispite what the one guy said about active EMG I have three guitars with active EMG's in the rear. Although I agree they are most for metal, they all do sound a little different. I've been playing heavy metal for thirty years, I play almost every style of music and have a degree in classical music. Since this guitar is made of mahogany and is a neck thru, this particular guitar get almost enless natural sustain, when a power chord is played thru a cranked tube amp the chord will ring out for just about a minute before getting feed back, I can't say that for bolt-ons. By the way, for the record, the Zack Wild american Les paul comes staock with these pick up and it cost 5,400 dollars

Reliability : No Opinion
8.5 The locking trem stays in tune better than most licenced Floyed Rose trems, if you can find and purchase the American ESP Horizon the trem will stay in tune a little better, since they have the Original Floyd Rose on it.

Customer Support : No Opinion
I never spoke with the company.

Overall Rating : No Opinion
9.5 for Heavy Rock or Metal. The early LTD MH 's may have been made in Idonesia, I don't know,...but mine was made in 2004 so any made after 2003 are made in Korea.
No one guitar is good for everything.
