Very easy to use. Built in the 70's by a Japanese manufacturer known as Locobox. Very rare. 3 knobs - Mix, Repeat, and Delay. Mix handles the mix of the dry and wet signal. Repeat handles the number of repeats, and Delay sets the delay time. Getting a good sound out of this is as easy as plugging the pedal in.

I play through a 1953 Fender Tweed Pro, along with a few other effects, namely tube reverb (from a Premier Reverb Unit), and tremolo. The Electra Delay kicks ass. This is the same pedal (except for the paintjob obvoiusly) as the "Locobox Echoes" pedal, and it is just amazing. It gets those nice warm delays, and it colors your signal beautifully. Digital delays can't touch this.
This will give you that nice 70's style delay sound - very psychedellic. (It's from the 70's, after all). It can also do the spaceship thing, which is always fun to do. Simply push the Repeat knob all the way up, and it begins to self-oscilate. Delay times are around 350 ms or so.

Locobox/Electra is long gone.

Overall, this is a great analog delay pedal. The green MXR Analog Delays are fetching well over $200 nowadays. I found this for $125, which is a fairly decent price for analog. I've owned an MXR, a DOD680, and an Echoplex. This pedal easily stands up to all of them.
