Ease of Use : 10
This box is easy. Three knobs, one stomp button = no thinking. I am a relative noob to delays, and I had this thing dialed in for a variety of cool sunds within minutes. Very easy to set the timing on the delay and the repeat volume as well. I really like it because yo don't need an engineering degree to work it.

Sound Quality : 8
I play a Highway 1 Tele or a LP special through a TS-9, wah and an Ad30VT amp (occasionally a small Marshall).

I play a lot of U2 and found that I could reasonably simulate "Where the Streets..." using this box alone through my AD30VT. Edge uses 2 AC30s miked differently through who knows how what kinds or how many different delays (DD-20 I think) and with this baby I recorded it and while not precisely perfect - it was a whole lot closer than you would think. It is not noisy at all...in fact when its off, there is no discernible tone suck on my rig. When the TS-9 levels are cranked, the "Feedback" knob on the #1 Echo produces an unholy howl when turned above 3 o clock, but that seems to be due to my noob-ness with pedals more than anything. When I dial it back a bit, I can get a nice creamy tone with just a little edge. I'll go 8 mostly because I think 9s and 10s should be given for exceptional pedals by players more experienced with pedals than I am.

Reliability : No Opinion
No issues. I don't gig currently but it seems strong enough - metal box.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never had to call EHX on an issue.

Overall Rating : 8
I have played guitar (mostly acoustic) for over 20 years. Got into electrics seriously about 4 years ago. I play classic rock, psychodelic, prog-rock etc and I have been looking for a nice delay for over 6 months. Played a bunch, and landed on this one because of its simplicity, lack of tone suck and EHX's reputation for building superior pedals. I love the big knobs (I play bareoot a lot and can st this thing easily with my toes) and the sensitivity of the dials. If it were stolen I would replace it immediately.
