Ease of Use : 10
This is very easy to use. One knob (sensitivity), one switch (distortion). Don't have the manual, but I wouldn't worry about it.

Sound Quality : 9
This is an envelope filter for bass. It gets noisy at the highest sensitivity settings and with the distortion kicked it. It makes up for it, though, but sounding very funky and cool. And, unlike most envelopes, it doesn't destroy your tone, at least not until you turn on the distortion. Then you have somehting very weird (kind of like a kazoo sound if the sensitivity is all the way up, but if it is down low it is a nice fuzz.)

Reliability : 9
Most of my EH stuff has been through hell and stood up O.K., so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Customer Support : No Opinion
They don't make these anymore, I don't know if they repair them or not.

Overall Rating : 9
I would buy it again. I like that it doesn't ruin your tone the way other envelopes do, and, like most EH stuff, it has a cool, campy vibe to it. I wish it gave you more control over the envelope, though.
