This is a very simple box, you just plug your guitar in and it sounds good.

I have 2 guitars I use it with, a Kalamazoo KG-14 with a K&K pure western mini and an unmarked parlor from the 20's with an LR Baggs under-sadel pezzo. This pre-amp works well with both of them. I found it will give a much more natural tone and adds a tube like warmth.

I have used it for about 6 months in the studio and playing shows, it has worked perfect every time.

I haven't had any problems but I am sure if I did ElectroniX would help. They are always fast with returning e-mails and answering questions.

I love this pre-amp. It works great and It sounds fantastic. I am very impressed with the company, I have just bought a pickup from them and Im sure it will sound wonderful.

It is just a small box with no controls, just the jacks and battery lid. One must be really dumb to not be able to use it

I don't know how it does, but it does a great job with my passive fishman equiped washburn. The sound become rich, powerful and more balanced. I mean it is just a box with a green space rocket or something. I even unscrewed the it and looked inside, yeah there is no miracle unicorns there. Just regular green, black, brown electric stuff.
one confession to make, I would have bought my pickup from them, if I knew about it at the time.

I mean for 30 dollars? Are you kidding me?
Made in USA, fairly silent and highly effective. What else I would need!!!
