Ease of Use : 10
Ease of use? Duh, just hook them up, turn on your amplifier and prepare to be happy.

Sound Quality : 9
The sound of any monitor is subjective. The goal is to hear your mixes well enough so they translate to other systems like home stereo, car stereo, boom boxes, even ipod, etc.

These monitors translate very well.

Reliability : 10
I have a set of 20/20 BAS active monitors that have been my main monitors for quite a while and having another set, even though passive, gives me additional reference and they simply sound great.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never needed it.

Overall Rating : 10
I record rock and roll, bluegrass, acoustic music, radio voice over, singer songwriters and do a lot of remastering. Been playing and recording for over forty years.

These speakers simply sound great and I consider them a real bargain.
