It`s easy to use and a complete beginner can realy operate it without diffculties since it has only three potentiometers.
Sound Quality

I use it with Ibanez EX guitar and some kind of old German amp called "Regent". It has pretty good sound quality. There aren`t too much unwanted sounds (noises, wheezes etc.). It really does its job very well. The effect of "distortion" isn`t too "metal" you can use it to play, for example blues or rock-blues, but not heavy-metal. The "distortion" varies from fragile "crunch" to quite deep "hard-rocking drive". (so you can play Aerosmith or Iggy Pop songs).

It`s really reliable device. It has not ever let me down and I use it for about a year. Only disadvantage that I heared it may has it`s the battery flap that can be broken easily. But didn`t happen to me, so I`m quite satisfied with it`s reliability.

I have never tried to contact them, because I haven`t got any reason for doing that. It`s so cheap that I think it can be better to buy yourself a new one than to try to repair it.

I`ve bought it used and paid 50 Polish Zlotys (which is approximately about 15$ or 12 EUR). If you are looking for a cheap effect for beginner that will allow you play a great range of music styles it would be a PERFECT MATCH for you. If you would like to buy it new I think it costs about 100 Polish Zlotys which is about 35$ or 25 EUR so still it`s a real bargain.
I recommend it to everyone who would like to have a good quality for a reasonable price.
