Ease of Use : 10
Very simple, I really like the large top mounted time knob. Its surrounded by an LED that changed according to time.

Sound Quality : 7
There is much noise with this pedal that i don't, and i don't think a gate will help. But that's my only real issue. You tend to lose alot of the low end, even on the down sweep. IT sounds very natural and very unique. It is defiantly worth the price.

Reliability : No Opinion
Only demo'd the pedal so i can't really say. But it is a fender.

Again Fender

Overall Rating : 8
Clean up the noise and bring back some of the low end. And you have a little guy that can go toe to toe with the t.c. electronic Multi-Phase.

Really easy. Few controls, and one you can adjust with your feet, how easy is that? Moving from slow luscious phase-shifting to quick juicy vibe is as simple as moving your foot a little.

Sound Quality : 10
I use '62 Jazzmaster, '81 Bullet, and '70's Musicmaster through a Hard-On, Juicer, Fish Factory, Octron, Memory Lane, Echodrive, and Timeline stereo into a '62 Bluesbreaker and a little Blues Jr.

I should say that I almost never use any sort of filtering, modulating or phase/pitch-shifting except maybe a little on delay. I'm not an expert in this realm of effects because I have a really hard time finding effects in the "mod zone" that don't sound goofy or silly. Many phasers/choruses/flangers I think can get in the way of a guitar part, but this one really caught my ear. It adds so much life to the sound and can sound totally organic and subtle. Don't get me wrong, you can get the crazy space warble, too, but this one really hits the spot for tasteful tone-enhancement.
Probably my fav setting is a really slow rate with a high "intensity" (reminds me of like a "regen" or res. control from other phasers). Guitar just mutates really really slowly, adds life without distracting. I also really like the 'vibe type sounds here, turn the rate all the way up and back down the intensity: leslie action. At first I thought there was just one knob here, the HUGE rate knob on top (it's huge so you can adjust with your feet while playing, BONUS). There are two hidden controls on either side and the combination of those surprised me with the wide range of sounds that you can pull out here.
I'd say surprised is how I reacted to this pedal. My first Fender pedal and for sure the first phaser I actually really love.
It doesn't seem to do the VanHalen Jet phaser thing really, but that's fine by me, no use for it here.

Reliability : No Opinion
Haven't had a problem, and it's huge and heavy, seems sturdy enough.

Customer Support : 10
Fender's only been cool to me, no problems here at all.

I play in band that does melodic rock, kinda an "indie" sound to it, whatever that means. (http://edisonGlass.com) Anyway, as I stated before, I didn't expect this to fit in with my mostly earthy tone but I brought it out to a gig last night and ended up using it way more than I planned. Anytime I just wanted to add some life, just threw it on.
If there's one thing that's missing here, it's a MIX control, although like I said, you can dial in some very subtle settings, so I don't have many complaints. A phaser that is really worth it...

one button and one huge knob/pad for speed control. has mini pot inside for depth. very easy to get a great phasing sound from liquidy chiming to pulsing rayguns on the fly via the big pad
